Beatrice Inn, baseball bat behind the bar for rowdy peeps, carpaccio and Madeira from 1982, oxtail with Madeira from 1927( yeah the year 1927!!), and to top it off bone marrow - bourbon cream brûlée. Shut the F up!! If you go to NYC, do not go here. This is my place not yours 🖕🏼😋. Seriously had to go here twice in 3 nights...and they were closed one of those nights. Congrats @angiekmar, and the whole crew at @beatrice_inn.

The idea for this Crispie was inspired by a man we met while doing an event in downtown San Diego.
Our treats brought him back to childhood 👪 He told us that his mom made peanut butter cereal bars when he was growing up.
She called them a “peanut butter crunch”
Right then we knew we had to make something similar!

We were introduced to a new use for our yams, red chard stems, and bok choy stems. The stems were maple candied and the mild bitterness paired incredibly well with the super sweet and rich @baileysofficial inspired homemade ice-cream! Thanks @deannagermano @mgermano275 @cocaireeatery for introducing people to creative and new uses of our organic vegetables!
