I smile today because...Yesterday about 12 noon...I started feeling nauseous....again😣
No I'm not preggers
No I'm not "sick"
Keep in mind this has been going on for at least a month now. 2 weeks ago....pretty sure I had 2 gallbladder attacks in 1 day!
My education points to a non functioning gallbladder. No stones or sludge...just a gallbladder that wants to work when it wants to work.
I wanted to add on another routine yesterday to my workout but my body said no. I literally laid in my bed for almost the whole day...I even took a nap because rhe nauseousness was so annoying. I swear...it feels like my blood sugar is constantly low...oh and the bloating...no bueno!
So today knowing that I feel my best in the morning I let my discipline run the show. I got up shortly after my hubs and started my routine...water, coffee and my shakeo while reading the word and spending time with God in prayer.
I went to the gym, lifted back and did a 20 min hiit. Then got the kids off to school...knowing I had a short window of feeling good if I go off of the last month....so I started a new routine along with my current one.
I am on the tail end of my current one and with the nutritional support that comes with this new one...maybe I can stop the annoyance of bloating and nausea.
I'm so over not feeling my best...this past month has been rough. Having to keep at 100mph while not feeling 100. I'm done with it and yet I have a no excuses belief.
Back day, hiit and a total body core Sesh...
In the books!
Day one and feeling good. The 5 am wake up went great, and the workout was perfect. A focus on slow controlled movements, so great for me since I’m still recovering. I worked hard but didn’t overdo it
My timed nutrition was a struggle today. With my tonsil and jaw still swollen, I wasn’t able to eat my food fast enough. Lol like 45 minutes wasn’t enough time to eat a Greek chicken salad with chickpeas. I also have to admit I’m finding this to be a lot of food, my appetite is not what it was 2 weeks ago, before this bug hit me. I know I’m recovering and it will only get better from here. I have to say, for a fly by the seat of my pants kinda gal, I’m loving the structure of timed nutrition. I don’t have to think about anything, no deciding what to eat at meal times, it’s has to be planned in advance and it’s kinda awesome!! So to all you out there who have been major food preppers, I get it now. So here it all is. Preworkout mini meal, post workout protein, workout, post workout meal and lunch!!! I gotta say the quinoa egg cups were a WIN!!! #winning
