I can remember when I started phfit with @paigehathaway and I had to send weekly photos of my body and progress. I have to say I was pretty embarrassed to take pictures of my body to send to someone so physically fit. I was the guy that didn’t take his shirt off at the pool and stuff, you know, so needless to say I had to just man up and do so. I trained under her program for over a year never missing one single workout. The results were great and felt really good and become really strong. The only thing is that it was difficult to take a picture of the changes that were happening because of all the loose skin covering it up. One morning I was walking passed the mirror in the dark and the lighting behind me caught a good glimpse of the body under the skin you can actually see the muscle coming through. I was so excited to send this picture so coach can really see what was going on. Today that body is no longer covered up and I’m just about a month away from being able to hit the gym again. The true #transformation has not even occurred yet. I’m sooooo anxious to meet the man I have envisioned for so long and to prove to myself that I can make it happen. Coach always showed and shared how proud she is of me and looked out a lot for me. Paige is greatly appreciated for all she had done to help me along. What I can say about this next stage of training is that is gonna be more intense then ever and the results will show as quicker as progress continues. I can only imagine how my energy level will increase as my confidence finds new heights. I said it before and I’ll say it again, I’m just getting started.
