Went with the recommended prawn pasta since our favourite meatball spaghettini isn’t served at this W Broadway location ☹️ Have to say, while we thought it was good, it still doesn’t quite measure up to our go-to pasta :/ we felt that the bread sticks were a little overcooked 🔥 they were too crunchy and the backside tasted a bit burnt. The pasta itself was pretty good though, because the sauce was pretty rich and the spicy flavour of the pasta was a good touch. Although their shrimp was a bit tough and over cooked, the noodles itself was good on its own. Probably just gonna stick with the steaks if we do come back to this location tho (their peppercorn steak is amazing). - 🐼🍽🐼 #pandafoodiecouple#pasta

Made Salted Egg Pasta inspired from this talented young 👨🍳 @danish.harraz .
1. Rebuskan spaghetti sampai lembut dan ketepikan.
2. Tumiskan bawang putih, cili padi dan daun kari bersama sedikit butter dan corn oil.
3. Masukan isi ayam dan masak sehingga garing.
4. Masukkan kuning telur masin yg dilenyek masak sehingga berbuih.
5. Masukkan sekotak pasta cream dan 3 cawan susu.
6. Sesuaikan rasa dengan garam dan gula.
7. Masukkan Baby spinach, capsicum dan mushrooms 🍄 .
8. Tutupkan api dan masukkan spaghetti. Kalau nak makan time tu jugak boleh masukkan spaghetti terus. Kalau tak ketepikan dulu nak makan baru gaulkan.
Sedap rasa dia kalau suka salted egg. Buat pedas2 sikit baru tak muak.
In the future rasanya nak deep batter fried ayam tu dulu then tabur ayam kat atas tu.

🔸1 whole cauliflower
🔸1/4 cup coconut milk
🔸4 garlic cloves (sauteed)
🔸pepper & salt to taste
🔹Cook the cauliflower in stock until tender with a fork
🔹transfer the cauliflower into a food processor add the milk & sauteed garlic process until smooth. Add the vegetable stock to the sauce until you reach the desired consistancy and finish off with pepper and salt to taste
🔹Serve with pasta, grilled eggplant and some thyme 👌👌👌
Side note 👉 add cheese for extra creamy flavor
