2016 absolutely kicked my ass .....2017 I stepped up and put everything into my health, family and wellbeing 😊 2018 and I could just build on everything I've worked so hard on and aim for a 10% improvement but f@*K that ...... I'm planning on going all out and trying to improve myself 10 times on last year 💪💯🙌😀
Sorry we have been a little quite on this page for a few months while Director of the business Jessica Lowe @jessica_lowe_coaching was getting her head around becoming a Mum and running a small business. 2018 brings many changes for Happy Healthy but some real clarity around what we do- we help people become happy & healthy through nutrition coaching and education. This means our business model has been redefined to only focus on two areas being our nutrition coaching services and healthy cooking classes. We will work with fitness gyms to help their members get better results, we will continue to work with corporates on wellness programs to drive productivity with their staff and we will inspire individuals on how to cook simple, delicious & healthy meals. Why Your Pre-Season Will Be The Same As Every Other Year…
When I was a kid I couldn’t really read good English. ^^^ that was a joke, I think quoted from Zoolander.
Anyway, to make a point
My English was poor while I was growing up (Non English speaking parents), but I do remember and had written down a quote I heard wayyyyy back when and that is: “If you keep doing what you always do, you always get what you always got”
When shit hits the fan or aren’t going as I would like them to I always say that to myself and ACT to make changes.
So why your pre-season will be the same as every other year… because nothing changes
You do the same things, year in year out, season in season out expecting different results.
The reason you keep getting: soft tissue injuries, you’re slow, weak and can’t beat your opponents are you lack that physical capacity.
Fear not, it can be improved.
But first you need to realise, the current position you’re in is up to one person…

Most of you LOVE this. Do you? That final moment in savasana. As a teacher here I am holding the space and every time I dig a little deeper into how I can support you all. Kids at Curtin University’s Carnaby Kids program after yesterday’s dance class! These boys were a bundle of energy getting ready for the dance off with the girls 😅. Not only did they learn Bollywood but also stepped out of their comfort zones and challenged themselves with some improvised choreography 👌🏼
