One more from @edokars' personal project, Light of Life, shot in the historic Prinsengracht Hospital in the center of Amsterdam. The hospital closed in 2016 after operating for more than 150 years, and Edo was given permission to shoot there before it was converted to an office and residential complex. There are five images in this series, which Edo conceived as a way to express the light of life that was either saved or lost in this hospital during its long history of service to the city of Amsterdam.

How often have you met with a client only to be told they love your work but they have nothing right now?
All that prep, building a beautiful folio, getting a great website and...duh. No job. That sucks and I know how you feel because as an agent I lugged folios from agency to agency every day. But they're not necessarily rejections.
Head on over to the link on my profile for the last step in getting paid to shoot what you love. (This great shot of me in my agent days at @bbhsingapore with creative @todd.waldron taken by Chicago photographer Andrew Martin)
