Little body update from my last leg session.
Ladies I must admitt i definitely do struggle to squeeze 3 times a week lower body sessions with my hectic working schedule and it is heard, but hard is what makes it great. 😤
Don't be afraid to step outside of your comfort zone. ✌😊
On the comeback to gaining a little 😉 bit of muscle mass back, whilst eating a plant-based diet! 🌿

I am expecting my body to change very quickly due to muscle memory, but we will see what happens.
The best part about my mindset now, is that I am not attached/obsessed with how much muscle I gain...I'm just going to enjoy training and see what happens! 😊
