Excuse the earthy/hippy post. Being in Arizona and spending time solely working on pottery has started to shift my outlook on beauty. The more I look, the closer beauty can be found. As I was mopping the floor yesterday I noticed how beautiful the floor looked as it was drying. There were streaks from where I used my giant "brush" and there was natural beauty as the water evaporated. It was a small reminder that making pots is a combination of human effort and natural intervention. Stop and look around. Beauty is everywhere.
