I feel like it’s hard to tell in the picture BUT the one on the left is about a month or two ago when I couldn’t even wear my belt because it was too small. The picture on the right is today when I’m on the tightest/smallest belt hole!
Antarctica from Above: Flying for Science, Finding Beauty
These images, captured between Nov. 4 and Jan. 11, were all taken during operational flights to survey the snow and ice in the polar region below but, there is no denying their beauty…
Our mission, Operation IceBridge, is in its ninth year of flights to map the snow and ice of Antarctica. It is the largest airborne survey of Earth's polar ice ever flown and yields an unprecedented three-dimensional view of Arctic and Antarctic ice sheets, ice shelves and sea ice. These views from above are intended to provide a tremendous amount of information about the huge expanses of snow and ice around Earth’s polar regions and how they are changing. In addition, this critical data is used to predict the response of Earth’s polar ice to climate change and resulting sea-level rise.

#avantdallerdormir#sjwatson @editions_pocket #booklover#lecture#livrestagram#book#polar
What a day!! 💦🏋🏼♀️ I smashed today’s Alexia Clark full body workout and it was such an amazing 1 hour 😅 The session included 5 circuits, each of them was made up of 10 rounds and all rounds were created as a countdown challenge meaning you start with 2 exercises and 10 reps each and every round you subtract 1 rep of each exercise ✔️ It’s one of my favorite way of working out and although exhausted, I was still pretty sad when the last circuit was over 💀💪🏼 And... I must admit I am completely enjoying being a part of the #queenteam as all of the sessions are different (not only exercises but also the way the rounds/circuits are built), so there is no room for boredom and always so much fun ✌🏼😍 Now I am enjoying my protein shake from @womensbest and soon off to bed 🛏😴 And how was your day? Did you workout today? 🤗
