Yes these look like something you'd dissect in science class... but they're so delicious and easy!!!! Just made these with my daughter for a healthy treat... Only 3 ingredients: Mash 2 ripe bananas, add 1 c quick oats, and 2-3 tbs peanut butter powder or regular nut butter...that's it... I did mix in a little cinnamon, mini m&ms, and peanut butter chips (stick to less than 1/4 c of mix ins though or dough won't stick together) Grease baking sheet and bake @ 350 for 10 mins! Made around 12 cookies, I already ate 5!!😬 #glutenfree#healthyfood#iifym#fitmom#momlife#recipe#healthyrecipes

Tropical Chia Parfait 🌴
This one from @peachonomics is really easy to make, clean, fluffy and super nutritious!:
Chia seeds, Flax Seeds and Coconut Flakes soaked in Coconut Milk, layered with a Mango Sorbet (Frozen Banana blended with Smartfruit Mellow Mango); topped with Lime, dried Hibiscus Flowers 🌺, Lychee and a sliced Fruit & Nut @perfectbar
My daily intra and post-workout shake (I drink half during my workout and finish the rest immediately after). 40 grams of a slow and fast digesting protein blend (whey, egg and casein) vanilla flavored. One scoop of orange flavored post workout (creatine, bcaas, glutamine, beta alanine). Mixed together it makes a tasty orange creamsicle flavor and helps growth and recovery (and curbs my appetite for a post workout triple baconator from Wendy's next door). #proteinshake#postworkout#intraworkout#workoutnutrition#supplments#postjym#fuelthebody#bulking#recovery
Unless your scale shouts, "sexy as fuck" every time you step on it, don't pay him any mind. He's an idiot. A muggle. Couldn't find himself on the Maurauder's Map if he was standing on top of it. He's a troll of the dumbest breed. Don't let him get to you. If he does, kick him the eff out of your house. He's not a permanent guest - don't like what he's saying? Bye Felicia 👋
🐣Doesn't matter if the scale goes up or down or left or right or smacks you in the face. A scale is a scale and the number it spits out should be used as a tool not a definitive marker of success.
☕️Listen. I know it's easier said than done but I want you to actively and consciously disassociate your emotions from the scale. I'm not saying to toss it altogether . But what I'm saying is to keep the numbers on the scale separate from your emotions regardless of whether they go up or down. Acknowledge them for what they are - numbers. And move on to focus on to other, more important, markers of progress
🐳Focus you you. How you feel. How you perform. Because that's the most important of all. You can be the lightest you've ever been but feel like shit. And, let's be honest, what's the point of that.
