My 22 week old baby boy. His anatomy scan appointment was on Friday and everything went great! He’s healthy, has no issues, weighed 1 lb, and is measuring exactly what he should. He was an active little thing and wouldn’t stay still long enough to let the tech do her check-up. ☺️ I feel the movements, but every time I’m able to see him on the screen it just feels so much more amazing. How can you love someone so much before you even meet them ♡...but I do! He flashed us a thumbs up towards the end, what a guy! ✅@adry_bella✅ BE STRONG, LIVE LONG💟

Oi minha pequena! Pequena? Será? Não sei se é impressão, mas te sinto enorme! 😅 A barriga já está ficando apertadinha não é? Sei disso pq sinto seus movimentos de espreguiçar, sinto seus soluços, inclusive, me preocupo! A vontade é de colocar uma lãzinha na sua testa e ninar vc até o soluço ir embora! ❤️
Outro dia sonhei com vc em meus braços. Acabara de nascer e usava um macacão vermelho com laço combinando. Tinha tanto cabelo! 😅 Eu te olhava admirando os olhos do seu pai e vc sorria com o meu sorriso! ❤️

little jack is one week old today, and i already can’t imagine life without him in it. he’s soooo mellow, loves the milkies, and is a trooper for putting up with pipers harassment.
i’m feeling better and better every single day! still feeling some contractions as my uterus shrinks, still sore and so exhausted, but have never felt so overwhelmed with love.

I think back to the entirety of my fitness journey & I’m honestly so proud of where I am now. I’ve been through many ups and downs. I remember always being self conscious of my body at a young age...probably started honestly in like 3rd or 4th grade but got the worst in middle school. I was self conscious of having no boobs compared to the other girls going through puberty, esp bc little boys would make fun of me (assholes). Then in high school I grew legit like 9 inches & I didn’t want to eat in front of people. I started weight watchers bc I always felt “bigger” than everyone, which I wasn’t. I then turned to alcohol & partying because I was so shy. This went through to my first year or so of college. Something significant happened to me and I decided to “get ripped” & focus on fitness. I started in long distance running and this is when things went downhill. I became obsessed with running, under eating, getting skinny, & seeing the number on the scale go down. I remember seeing 118lbs (at 5’9) & being so excited but I was NOT healthy. I had no period for 3 years and I isolated myself to run & focus on “clean eating”. I then found Jamie Eason and Amanda latona & wanted to compete and have their physique. I ate more, stopped doing cardio, and found lifting and flexible dieting. This was HUGE for me and a huge turning point. But then, I was obsessed with competing and macros. I’ve always been hyper focused on something. I went through phases of strict with cutting to strict with reverse dieting. It wasn’t until this past year I really was sick of it all. Sick of being a slave. I wasn’t losing weight at this time despite cutting calories & increasing exercise and i was over it. I started eating intuitively & I effortlessly lost weight and honestly truly found balance with food, fitness, & my body. I was the healthiest physically & mentally I ever had been in my life. Few months later, I got pregnant. now I’m carrying my son & making sure he has the best, healthiest home in my belly. I workout for health, I focus on form rather than burning calories, I eat healthy for both of us. I’m fuckin proud of myself.
Getting fatter every month!!!!! 9 months of being pregnant wasn’t easy. It was exhausting especially as I put 20kg!!!! Yes 20kg!!!!! I just couldn’t stop eating, and I wasn’t eating for two if anything I was eating for a family of 4!!!! I wobbled my way to labour at 39 weeks 4 days and 30 hours later
out comes my little Sophia at 9:54am.... oh that feeling seeing her little face, little hands and feet. I fell in love😘 words can’t express the feeling when I first saw you ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ .

When my son was born, his hips were out and when I put him on his back to change his diaper, he would cry. He was also pretty constipated. No more crying at diaper time, he had his much needed bowel movement, and slept amazing! •
