Whether you haven't trained in a while, or looking to start for the first time, if you struggling with certain movements and need to work on techniques and progressions.
Too often do we find individuals giving up because the movement is too difficult or they not able to perform the prescribed movement.
FUNCFIT LEVEL 1 will help you perfect and properly execute the movements used in FUNCFIT BOOST to ensure that you getting the most out of your workout without the risk of injury or stopping to get help.
This is a mandatory class for all new comers and will help you to increase your fitness and abilities.

We took my new training bike, a Honda Crf150r, out to Apex Kart Raceway this weekend to practice and race with @raceumra in Southern California. After going out for the first session, I realized right away that the dirt bike suspension was way too soft to ride really fast on a kart track. I decided to push as hard as I can anyway and ride it like it was. After 3 sessions I was surprisingly able to get within .8 of a second of the crf150r class circuit record. On Sunday I was able to put in on the podium in both races with a P2 and P3. I wanted to win badly, but with obvious Suspension issues, and this being my first time actually racing on the Crf150r at Apex, I decided it was better to finish both races on two wheels. I’m overall satisfied with my results this weekend. I want to thank Bobby Loo with @motorrev_suspensiontuning for the help and advice and can’t wait for him to get my suspension set up correctly for road racing! #weightlosstransformation Where do I even begin... As many of you already know I've lost a dramatic amount of weight. Less than three years ago I was in the worst shape I have ever been in, I was 230 pounds and gaining weight at an extremely rapid pace. I remember trying to lose weight from the time I was 15 to 18, and I had failed everytime. I was one of those people who would look for that "miracle diet" or weight loss pill, anything I could do to lose weight without actually getting off my ass. It took me three years of failing to realize that wasn't going to work. December of 2014 I decided I couldn't live like this any longer, and I knew exactly what needed to be done. I started by jogging just one mile a day everyday without any breaks. The first few months were the hardest, I felt like giving up so many times, my inner thighs would bleed from rubbing together and I'd cry through many of my jogs, there were so many days I just didn't want to get up but I knew I had to. Instead of just one mile a day I began to jog three miles a day, after a few months I started to incorporate different workouts like squats, lunges, various abdominal workouts, I got a bench press and an elliptical, and I even took up boxing. Eventually with time everything became easier. I started losing so much weight so fast and before I knew it I was doing everything I could think of. I'd look up new workouts everyday and pick out things that worked for me, I created a routine based on how I wanted my body to look and I made it happen, working out for me was no longer a chore, it wasn't about losing weight anymore, it became a hobby. Not only did I lose 50% of my total body weight but I found my passion as well. I'm not only happy with the way I look, but I'm happy with myself. #sundayfunday was shorter than originally planned but that’s okay spending time with the fam is more important. What I did get knocked out was 5x2 deads with an extra single, trying to knock off some rust as I haven’t been hittin em too hard lately! Seated curls 3x12 lying leg curls 3x12,12,16 RDLs 3x6 and finished off with some bfr work!
Days like today don't come by too often, but when you get on the rock with @scottthehut it's sure to be a great day. Sent another one of my goal routes for the year, Outer Space in eldo. (Thanks to Scott for letting me lead the crux pitches for the complete send), to make it even more of a bonus we got on Sunset Boulevard, which Scott breezed through and topped the day off with a 2 pitch 5.7.

Nothing brings my heart more joy than seeing someone else genuinely happy. Especially an individual that truly deserves all of life’s blessings. Not a single one of us has a picture perfect past and life has not always put us in the best of circumstances but watching you overcome your tribulations is one of the most inspiring things I’ve been blessed to witness. I watch you grow every day into the better version of yourself. Always pushing yourself to the extreme and keeping your purpose in this life as the ultimate fuel for motivation. You radiate positivity and love into everybody you meet! You greet strangers with the warmest smile and welcoming arms, it’s impossible to not wear the cheesiest grin around you! Despite all of the negativity and reasons for doubt you come into contact with, you somehow manage to bounce right back with optimism and determination to be better than the last.
You are Always giving praise and validation to those around you but sometimes forget to give it to yourself. You take being selfless and caring for those you love to an entirely new level. I admire you in more ways than I can explain but I hope I never fail to show you through my actions. You are more than deserving of everything that is coming your way Tori... which I am 100% positive will be amazing, life altering moments! If y’all are sleeping on this woman, you need to wake up and follow her journey!
