I had a true leg day today - first I’ve exhausted my legs hunting 🎯for the Black Friday sales 🛍😂 and later totally killed them at the gym 🏋️♀️ I feel that tomorrow I’ll have to walk on all fours 😂

Just knocked out Day 5/21 of my current program and I am feeling strong!
Everyone is “trying” to lose weight these days.
What if we focused less on losing weight and more on feeling GREAT🤷🏼♀️
What if we focused less on talking negatively to ourselves and more on the things we like about ourselves🤔
What if we focused less on instant gratification and more on overall satisfaction 😱

Currently weighing in at 126lbs (5’3”).
On a mini-cut for a trip to FL this January. I’ve been decreasing my macros by 100cals/week but keeping my protein intake the same.
I have no specific weight I want to hit, I’d just like to be reunited with my abs, please. LoL 🙏🏼
Current workout split:
Mondays: Glute-Focused Leg Day
Wednesdays: Back & Bis
Thursdays: Chest & Tris
Fridays: Leg Day focusing on compound movements

That lighting in my room while I was getting dresses this morning just made me want to scream I LOVE YOU to my body! Seriously...the number on the scale can screw off because if this is 229, I will take it! .
I often get asked if I have a goal weight... I have an idea but ultimately the answer is no. I have no idea what any number lower than this looks like on my body and I tend to carry my weight quite well..ideally I'd like to walk into a doctors office and not have weight be a topic of discussion (unless of course they want to congratulate me 😉). I just want to be STRONG 💪 and shop in normal stores.

If your bum is cocked out, you are doing this wrong. You need to bring your bum toward the floor and flex. You can see the correction i did in the beginning. #gym#sweatequity

My initial plans were to begin my cut for prep at the beginning of January after the holidays. However, after taking some time to re-evaluate my goals for next year, that is no longer the case. I’ve been on a mini cut for about 3 weeks now, and have been progressing nicely.
THIS IS IT. 🔥 I am SO excited to bring a whole new physique to the stage in 2018. Our goal is to become Nationally Qualified and go up from there. It’s going to be difficult, and I’ve prepared myself for that, but I’m so excited for the challenge.
18 weeks to make ish happen. 💪🏻

I laid in bed for an extra hour this morning 😍😂 the last thing I wanted to do was get my butt up and hit play!! Tbh I probably wouldn't have IF it wasn't my job! So grateful that I do something that pushes me to be better daily cause it is SO easy to fall off and stay off!! Especially when life gets busy! I've been a full time coach for a year and I've NEVER been more consistent!! AND there are girls in my fit fam that have been with me since the BEGINNING!! 😎 You can join us!! How does a single girl who lives alone go through ALL the produce she buys at Costco????? This is how: -When you buy the produce check the date and make sure you get the bag with the latest expiration date. -I turn my fridge to a little bit colder setting than the average fridge. -I buy produce that stay good for longer (Broccoli, carrots, apples, oranges, pepper, etc.). -Buy the produce on a rotating schedule. One week I buy broccoli, the next carrots, the next week peppers, etc. -Wash the produce the MINUTE you get it home. Put it in the sink, spray it with the veggie wash spray, rinse it off, let it sit in the sink until it is COMPLETELY dry then put it in the fridge.

Happy Black Friday babes! This morning we woke up early to walk around the outlets. Nothing that we had in mind to buy, really just wanted to use it as an excuse to get up spend the morning walking around outside. We picked up a couple Xmas gifts and I got some “work clothes” at Nike (it still makes me so happy that’s my work attire😂). #treatyoself 👸 Now it’s time to put some of those carbs we’ve eaten to use! 💪🏼 Hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving! I am a mom to two girls. I am here to show them that being strong emotionally and physically is far more important than being a size 0.
I want to be someone who they look up to and think wow my mom is a strong lady for her age. I want them to know you can be a healthy and strong women.
I need to make sure they can follow by example. I’m that example. I am strong for my girls.
It's the day after thanksgiving and I'm sure a LOT of people are feeling like their a stuffed turkey themselves . Saw this and felt the need to repost it bc it's spot on! One day won't kill ya but don't let the one day turn into a weekend or worse; the rest of the year! -
Today I got up (took a protein bar since I was late for work), trained clients, did my lift and some cardio and had a good back to normal healthy post workout meal. -
Could I have taken a day off? Yup! Did I want to? Kind of, but I knew I had a big surplus of calories yesterday and I'd much rather use it for a little activity! No cardio punishments, no starving myself or continuing to eat many treats bc "it's the holidays" just livin life back to normal! 🙌

Try these for an awesome lat/ab burnout. The secret is to tuck your legs up first, and then roll up to full extension. Do as many in a row as you can. I started with a third of a plate of salad yesterday, and I seriously didn't feel deprived. This was incredibly delicious and decadent!
