*Post-workout fuel= STRONG ***Cant wait to order the newest BEE 🐝 HAPPY this Friday!!!! The best part of my run...well parts...besides my conquering the enormous hill... As I was running up Mt. Rose (my second hill of 3), legs ready to give-way, a lovely lady driving by is giving me the thumbs up 👍🏻...which pushes me on and takes the thought of walking completely out of my mind.  So thank you for the motivation, kind woman❤️ Second... the high-five 🖐🏻 I got to give fellow runner, client and friend, on my way home.  Love my hood.

Sorry for uploading so late, at least I didn't make you guys wait since I feel motivated after my nap. This song was okay... I wasn't really expecting it to be somewhat slower than regular deathcore (or at least the deathcore music I listen to) because I saw the album cover and I thought "cool! This might be a brutal deathcore song." So in other words, I was a little disappointed. The vocals could've been a bit more stronger and the only good part about this song is what you hear right now. The instruments sounded a little bit okay towards the ending and the outro sounded good but this is my opinion, I don't really expect people to agree with me.

There are many benefits of going barefoot- 
Going barefoot works by reawakening a light, natural stride in the body, through the feedback we get from our feet touching the ground thus improving proprioception.

Proprioception is a fancy term that just means knowing where your body is in space. If you're that guy who walks into the kitchen counter, trips up the stairs or stumbles over furniture that's been in the same place for years... you could probably use some proprioception development. Good news is that it can be improved through movements such as this single leg exercise. In this exercise I am demanding that my brain work with my body to hold a particularly difficult position regardless of any imbalances or deficiencies. 
Strength building, plyometrics and exercises that involve closing your eyes are all examples of other ways to improve proprioception.

The inferior heads (2 of them) are lengthened due to our inability to breathe into our upper lung field. Thus, our rib cage hangs off of our of neck. A simple healing movement is by pulling the back of your skull over your shoulders. You will feel your upper ribs lift slightly bringing active tension back to the lower heads of the SCM. Make sure not to tuck your chin. Equally pull your forehead, nose and chin posterior. Now take a nice slow deep breath through your nose feeling your rib cage expand up and out. Repeat 8-10 breaths. Сегодня разговариваем о грудино-ключично-сосцевидной мышце, которая располагается на фронтальной части шеи и сбоку. При сокращении с одной стороны, она поворачивает в другую сторону и наклоняет голову в одноимённую, а при сокращении с двух сторон одновременно, она тянет голову вперёд. Многие из нас проводят большую часть рабочего дня с таким положением головы, которое потом сохраняется. Происходит это из-за слабости глубоких сгибателей шеи в том числе.
В данном видео мы работаем, как с включением и глубоких мышц шеи, задвигая подбородок назад, так и растяжением проблемной зоны. Удерживаемся в положении растяжения по 3 секунды, повторяем по 10-15 раз на каждую сторону.
Sternocleidomastoid, or SCM is a muscle on the front and side of your neck. When it contracts on one side, SCM rotating head away or bent your head toward shoulder. When it contracts on both side, SCM pull your head forward. Because of weakness in deep cervical flexors you can stick in this position. So , in this video we are working on both motor pattern and deep flexors.
