My wife says I need to retire this top because it smells before I even use it.
Race kit for tomorrow. Road trip to Bath anyone?!
Been tagged for 5 facts about me by a few folk. Here they are:
1) I suffer with Reynauds syndrome. It can be very painful and a bit awkward.
2) I love The Pixies and was over the moon when I got tickets to see them. I got hideously drunk and don't remember a second of it.
3) I love Doctor Who. It's my favourite program on TV.
4) PDA. I don't do it. Actually, I'm not a great fan of cuddling or romance. If I do any of these things with you, it means I like you.
5) I like to wear suits whenever I can. I am covered in oil and dirt at work and sweat in my spare time. I like to look smart.
Marathon Training Week 10 Day 6: 19 miles along the South Maui coast. This run was great mentally. I was slowing down in the final miles and that's ok because I started faster than I should have. Physically the last 1/2 mile was painful, it was hard to catch my breath and my back felt a twinge. This tells me where I am with 57 days till race day. Distance running can be brutal. Maybe it's because I'm just an average runner but I'm getting beat up in this summer marathon training. Today I got my third blood blister and this thing is huge. Derek is about to torture me with an ice bath so cheers to recovery and trying to hold this body together!
Non-run post! Cheers to happy hour! Celebrating love today (and having a killer run this morning 😉). We biked 10 miles this afternoon and got to explore some areas we had never seen before. Heading out to the porch to people watch with my husband. Then getting dressed up for a fancy dinner out tonight. So excited!!! 💛🍷

Do I look tired... 😂😴 Another hard day's graft in the books. Just gotta get through tomorrow's long ride and run off the bike and then it's de-load time! Hallelujah! 😌🙏🏼
Good luck to everyone racing this weekend! Just remember, whatever you are doing, do it with a smile! 😁👍🏼
