I will WORKOUT even when I don't feel like it, no matter what temptations may come my way. 🏋️♀️I will eat CLEAN so I don't blow hours of hard work on a few minutes of pleasure in the kitchen. 🍇🥒I WILL do this day after day, no matter what life throws my way because I want RESULTS and will not compromise. 🏆My ACTIONS will be the evidence of my desire. It's not a matter of IF I reach my GOAL, but only WHEN. 🌈
More often than not, it's our own opinion and negative thoughts we have to ignore. If you're someone who regularly hears things like "you shouldn't have such a negative opinion of yourself" or "I don't understand why you don't see what I do", don't automatically react defensive or blame it on poor programming or poor sense of self - take in the positivity and love that's being offered and really consider what's being said; not just the words, but what the other person is seeing in you.
Just because you don't see it, doesn't mean it's not there!
Day 1 round 3 of the Whole 30 starts TODAY!! I have not been fueling my body properly and it has really affected all areas of my life mentally, physically and emotionally. I have always been an emotional eater and I could use all the excuses of traveling this month, lack of sleep, being off schedule and so on as excuses but the truth is I actively made the choices to eat the way I have been and I accept it but today is a new day and I'm choosing to start fueling my body properly. This is a gentle reminder to myself that when I eat crap I feel like crap💩 and it's as simple as that!
