Somewhere along the way the life we live can be busy and overwhelming and we forget to take the time to do the things we love. The trick is to make the time to still do want you love even when it feels like there is no time. As Thich Nhat Hanh says time is always yours, it is always available to you. It’s all in how you look at it! Do you have 5 minutes a Day? 10? 20? Perhaps it’s turning off the TV or even scheduling time in your daily/weekly planner. But there is time if you want there to be. And remember success is not measured by how busy you are but rather the impact you have on those around you. And what you learn by reading a book may be the key to have an impact on the person sitting next to you right now.
Today I went to my parents and can you believe they were willing to get rid of this mini sewing machine from @singersewingcompany? I guess after years of me begging for it they were willing to finally part with it. I also scored some awesome old books. Today was a successful Tuesday in my (book). Also, that blanket was my baby blanket that my Nana made me. Lots of history in this photo.
