Transformation Tuesday! @angiemarie_training client Rachel has been working hard for over a year, once started out as getting ready for Rachel's wedding now turned into a lifestyle! "I have been working with Angie one-on-one for over a year and a half. It started as a request to begin #shreddingformywedding but has turned into a lifestyle change. Over that time, Angie has been designing programs for me to increase strength and she has been teaching me how to do the movements the right way. Things clicked in early 2017 when Angie's message of 'listen to your body' finally sunk in. Over the past 7 months, I did two of Angie's strength and complex workout programs. I became stronger, lost over 35 pounds, and am more comfortable working out alone, outside of group fitness classes. Angie has played a huge role in this process - she is encouraging, a great listener and sounding board, and quick to answer any question (ranging from how to do a squat to an overview of carbs.) I look forward to continue working with Angie to get stronger and set new goals."

Everyone went to bed so I went to the gym.....First gym session at my hotel which was pretty good did a lot of upper body weights then a few legs and finished off with a short bike so feeling a bit exhausted and definitely ready for bed now haha! This heat is a killer for sure but loving it!! So excited to start this workout on Monday! It’s always been my favorite workout with weights and I’ve gotten awesome results with it too!! Trying to get back into the rhythm of working out and eating right has definitely been a struggle since starting school again, but hopefully things will start getting easier soon!

I have more angles & progress photos I will share over this next week - but here is the most real-life, selfie mirror, bruised leg, walking out of my bedroom view of what this 80 Day COMMITMENT did for me.
When I finally decide to do something, I do it .... 'til the death. The interesting thing about this decision - I never once dreaded a workout. I enjoyed the whole process. So much so, that I didn't want it to end.
That's the weird part about this whole thing - in the beginning I wasn't sure I wanted to commit to 80 days. In the end, I wished it was 160 days.
Sometimes you just have to get started. You have to push out all the other thoughts + doubts and just put one foot in front of the other.
The more action you take -- the more motivated you feel.
Women: we can do this. Your body deserves it. Your family needs you to be healthy & happy! You will AMAZE yourself!

Not been working out the last few days as I’ve got a really bad cold, ear and throat infection but just because I can’t work out doesn’t mean I start eating rubbish!
