Transformation Tuesday! @angiemarie_training client Rachel has been working hard for over a year, once started out as getting ready for Rachel's wedding now turned into a lifestyle! "I have been working with Angie one-on-one for over a year and a half. It started as a request to begin #shreddingformywedding but has turned into a lifestyle change. Over that time, Angie has been designing programs for me to increase strength and she has been teaching me how to do the movements the right way. Things clicked in early 2017 when Angie's message of 'listen to your body' finally sunk in. Over the past 7 months, I did two of Angie's strength and complex workout programs. I became stronger, lost over 35 pounds, and am more comfortable working out alone, outside of group fitness classes. Angie has played a huge role in this process - she is encouraging, a great listener and sounding board, and quick to answer any question (ranging from how to do a squat to an overview of carbs.) I look forward to continue working with Angie to get stronger and set new goals."
