Since there are no major competitions in the near future, majority of my guys and girls are spending the next months building up a consistent base with the lighter loads.
For @rachel_elise90, we are keeping the speed to the hips consistent or constant instead of slowing down as we get to hip-level. What ends up happening is a better transfer of leg drive and smoother timing under the bar.
Getting better at a particular portion of the lift can sometimes result in many other problems being solved.
57.5kg on the bar for triples. And this being the last set for @rachel_elise90. I think we are seeing some good progress coming along even though we are early in building that base.
