Stir fry is a lifesaver. Honestly the quickest and tastiest way to get in your daily veggies (in my opinion). This recipe takes me only around 15-20 minutes and is delicious! Try it out 😋
Sugar snap peas
Beef (top sirloin sliced thin)
Salt & pepper
Heat a large sized skillet with olive oil to medium high and add beef. Season with salt and pepper and cook for a few minutes until 3/4 of the way done then add in veggies. Cover pan with lid to help soften and steam the veggies quickly. Soften noodles in microwave for ~1 minute 30 seconds then add into pan. Add teriyaki sauce and more salt and pepper. Add 1 or 2 tbs of water if needed and cover with lid to steam. Cook until desired tenderness and enjoy!
