Par contre on va pas à l'entraînement pour jouer aux billes. J'explose les PR ces temps ci, avec les plus grosses perfs jamais faite. Notamment 10@100kg au squat ou encore 4@110kg toujours au squat et en bonus de la séance s'il vous plaît ! Toujours pas sec, peut être un jour, en attendant j'adore manger, et mon poids stabilise à 84kg, je sais également que mes apports caloriques actuels me permettent de prendre un maximum de masse musculaire, vu comme je progresse notamment sur les pecs/grands dorsaux/triceps/cuisses !

Kocham to uczucie, gdy po pracy czy na weekendzie pójdę poćwiczyć to co mam w planach (a później mi się to śni po nocach 😀). Nawet nie myślałam, że zamieni się to w pasję, a nawet w coś więcej. Robię to wyłącznie dla siebie, bo wiem że nie idzie to na marne, a instagram traktuję jako pamiętnik. I've been obsessing over my weight, the goal was always to get back to roughly 60kg. At my heaviest I was around 76kg. 
Since last May I've been rocking between 72-69kg and I'm obsessed with staying at least under 70, but because of this I felt like nothing was happening with my body. 
So I recommend taking measurements!! Since end of May I've lost a total of 33cm of my body! If that isn't a difference I don't know what is. 
So goal for the rest of the year is not to step on the scales at all and stop obsessing about my weight and keep taking pictures and taking measurements every few weeks.

I vividly remember the day I hit 170# for a new 1RM front squat. I’m not sure why that number sticks out, but I remember who was there, how loud my friends were yelling, and how hard the rep was.

Tonight’s session included 3x5 @ 80kg (176#) and wasn’t particularly hard.

First boomerang is today and second is from July.
It's a little hard to see but this shirt use to fit me so snug and tight, it wasn't even a t-shirt on me... now if you see the first video my arms actually have some room to breathe and slowly but surely this shirt is fitting me like it should and doesn't look 2X too small for me anymore!
