With my energy being low I need to make sure I’m getting as much energy as I can from food around my workouts. So I’ve been working on having about half of my carbs pre and post workout. Do you prioritize your macros? Any amazing strategies for macro timing with morning cardio and PM lift?

#ad One thing I’ve learned from raising boys is that they are ALWAYS hungry! I needed an after-school snack that was quick, easy, and something that my kids could help make.
