A common squat pattern involves lower lumbar flexion in the bottom range of the squat, known as the "butt wink". •

Is a butt wink bad? In and of itself, no! When it begins to become a problem is when this becomes a habitual, repetitive pattern with a high load, like near-maximal squatting.  It can be caused by poor hip mobility, poor trunk strength, poor squat mechanics, and a heck of a lot more. Most commonly though, it's caused by improper motor control. •

Retrain your squat patterning and blow through weight plateaus with depth box squats. It's about moving at the right places, at the right time, and staying in a controllable range. Try this: have someone watch you or film you while squatting. The level of the box should be right before you start to flex your lumbar spine (butt wink). This is your controllable squatting range! Train yourself in this range, first with body weight only, working up to your normal squat weight. This will train your body to stop in a neutral spine position, which is where you will stop your movement and reverse upwards. Once you've mastered this range, try going a little bit lower, until you're happy with your squat range. •

I'm starting from the beginning again. I know if I designed my own plan I would push myself as much as I could which isn't what I need right now. 
My hip can handle exercise now but I need to make sure it can handle regular exercise, particularly running. 
I'm following the #CouchTo5K plan for the next few weeks until I know that my hip can handle running again. In 9 weeks I should be doing a 5K three times a week which leaves me 17 weeks until the #londonlandmarkhalfmarathon 
As well as running I'll still be #stretching, #strengthening, #foamrolling and #crosstraining 
So far, so good. One run down, no pain, no problems and thanks to the voiceover from the awesome @jowhiley I wasn't frustrated with the walk/run routine.

There is a very phyisical example of this.  The dead sea in the middle east receives fresh water, but it has no outlet, so it doesn’t pass the water out.  It receives beautiful water from the rivers and the water goes dank.  I mean, it just goes bad, and that’s why it is the dead sea.  It receives, and does not give, and we are made much that way too.  I mean, we receive and we must give.  In the end generosity is the best way of becoming MORE, more and more joyful.
