I have a to do list that takes up 3 notebook pages (yes, I’m a total list person 🤷🏻♀️😂) of things I have to get done by Wednesday night before we head out of town for the holidays. So I needed this reminder tonight 😊

Being able to take my Business where ever I go, even while traveling, is such a blessing. 2018 is coming in hot and so is my team of go getters!!
Happy with this scan today. I really expected to have lost some of the weight I have been working so hard to put on over the last few months. So, a small gain is all good. Most of all finally seeing my body fat mass go in to the ‘normal’ range. Now it’s time to really get to grips with what my body needs to build the muscle I need to, to achieve my goal for next year. 🍏🍳🥦🥑🍛🍲🥗
Sunny and cold long(er) run. Made it to 10k!🍻🍾🎉🎊🌈🏃♀️Still takes a lot of time. Sometimes it feels like it's waaaaaaaaay too long. But then you come home this. Aaaaaawww... Still not our cat, but he likes to hang here. 😻 Cute couple.

I focus on these tips:
✅ Drink superfood shake to curb sweet cravings ✅ Get workout in
✅ Go for proteins and fruits and veggies and healthy fats first
✅ Then treat yourself to the yummy stuff
✅ No guilt allowed
It’s a lifestyle and everything in balance! I don’t allow guilt to enter into the picture.
These crafty little buggers made a decked out gingerbread house this morning. I am taking all of this memory making in and dreading the day they tell me they are too old for this stuff....I'll never let that happen!!!!!
Chin-ups are great to build upper body size and strength. If you want a strong and resilient body, make sure that your program features at least an equal number of pulling exercises to pushing exercises (preferably ones that utilize your body weight like inverted row and chin-ups). There are tons of progressions if these exercises are too difficult for you right now.
If you want an awful posture and shoulder pain, copy your local gym bro and have a whole day dedicated to chest.

There’s just something exciting about doing a routine you haven’t done before that makes it fun! #oakleythegsp wasn’t nearly as impressed, but I thought it was good,😜 I had my @powerblockdumbbells to keep me on my toes so that always creates the challenge I crave. I can’t WAIT until 1/15 when my new program started & I will have 80 NEW routines to keep me & my Club super motivated!!!🙌🏼
