At it again with a routine #highintensity#conditioning workout. Once again with my favourite #tabata style super sets.
In this clip: The 2nd of 3 Tabata Interval Style Super Sets (8X 20s work/10s rest alternating between 2 exercise) Repeat 2-3 rounds per Super Set with 60-90secs rest per round 💪🏻 Super Set 1: Kettle Bell Deep Push Ups to Renegade Rows + Donkey Kicks Combo
Super Set 2 (As featured in clip): Kettle Bell Deadlift to High Pull and Thruster combo + Full Contact #burpees with Lateral Jump Overs (I used 2 KBell as a hurdle to make sure I get enough distance in my jump overs)
Super Set 3: Modified Bicycle Crunch + Alternating High Knees Jump Ropes
Love the multi compound nature of this particular kettle bell combo as it involves so many major muscle groups at the same time to quickly bring up e intensity and heart rate for your workout. Heart rate was near to 90% of my max (168bpm could hear my hard breathing) for this clip as this is the 3rd and final round of this particular tabata super set. Try it!
Who wants to train with me 🙋🏼🙋🏼 had an amazing tabata sesh this morning at the new @fitazfk_gym however I was the only one who took the class so was basically just dying alone 😂 all those burpees, push-ups, kettlebell swings and jump squats KILLED ME. finished off the class with @dashbody_ full body workout. I’m mixing things up at the moment to keep fitness interesting and LOVING IT 💃🏼😋 Post workout (re)fuel definitely required! 🍠🍞🌳 sweet potato, tofu, broccoli and hummus. I usually have Japanese sweet potato but ran out (it’s my fave!) so the orange one will have to do 😌 I also had a choc protein shake straight after my workout 🥛🍫✔️ meal plan by @jakd_fitness 💕
Crushed it! Such a good workout tonight, I’m still pumped! Thanks to my coach for her encouraging words that reminded me of the progress I’ve made when sometimes all I can see is how far I have to go 🏋🏼♀️
Can't wait for the first #tabata style workout for my mamas tomorrow--a combo of cardio, strength, core and balance exercise. I personally love TABATA workouts and can't wait for class tomorrow! These babies are growing and I love watching these mamas glow week by week. 💪☺️☀️#fit4baby
