The boys are all business this morning examining the pigs they will be giving out on Friday to 40 children being treated @tghcares over the holidays. All but one (chewed up by Tucker 🙄) passed inspection. Bolt is still searching for the black and white ones🎅🏻 🐷🐷⚡️
This week has been tough for me. I've been mentally and physical exhausted. I had to leave the gym early on Tuesday day and did not come back until Friday. So technically I took 3 rest days this week and it set my training back. Knowing I had to make it up, I did a two-a-day (which I rarely do anymore) and it felt great! I got up early on a Saturday to knock out my supplemental squat session and that totally set the mood for my day. I now truly believed that your day is set by the tone you set for yourself in the morning. I woke up feeling super motivated and knew what my tasks were for the day. My second session of the day was bench and upper body and I got that all done 1 min before the gym closed! Now I'm almost caught up with my program 🙏🏼 it's a beautiful thing when you can get yourself into the right mindset and get back on track!
