75.5kg down to around 65kg (I gave my scales away). I have been using the Healthy Mummy plans and products for over four and a half years.
Yesterday was such a busy day for me. I was rushing around and it got to 3pm and I still hadn't eaten ALL DAY. I was at my local shopping centre and could've easily eaten something crappy BUT i chose a chicken and steamed veggie salad from Soul Origin. It was delish and it's the little changes in habits which will make this journey better for me in the long run. 🍓S
🎉 FLASHBACK FRIDAY 🎉
The first photo was taken when I first signed up to the 28 Day Challenge at the end of March this year. The second photo was taken at the start of the countdown to summer challenge (23rd August) and the last photo was taken this morning. I have lost 24kg following the Healthy Mummy 28 Day Challenges and having at least one smoothie a day. Since the start of the countdown to summer challenge I have lost just under 6kg. I have learnt how to prepare yummy nutritious meals which my whole family love. I have been able to lead by example and show my girls how to live a healthy balanced lifestyle. I have learnt to love myself again and enjoy every precious moment I have been gifted regardless of how far away I am from my end goal. I have my energy back. I no longer struggle to get out of bed in the mornings or need a mid afternoon nap just to get me through the day. My only regret is waiting so long to sign up!

Phew.. just made it. Gotta be on track the next 5 days to stay well away from the 90s. I guess I have to remember that weighing myself every 5 day..I'm not going to lose huge amounts but I'm happy to lose anything ☝️. So next weigh in we'll be Wednesday 👍 #thehealthymummy

Alright alright alright! Just signed up for @thehealthymummy 6 month subscription today 🏆 My first time with this plan - they have a Black Friday special today as well as already discounted prices. After putting on 30kg with this pregnancy and being so completely addicted to sugar atm, I need something to help me start 💪 . This plan seems to have a tonne of great reviews and great results which are inspiring 💫 I will start Monday (of course! Because who can start half way through the week 😜). I lost just over 17kg in 60days with a juice fast which I did when I finished breastfeeding my first born, before I got pregnant with my second bubby - I documented it here on Instagram in previous posts.
