Good afternoon everyone.
Today was a rough one. After having a rest day yesterday, felt good to get after it today. We had the whole crew today, hitting comptrain. Heavy deadlifts, and a lot of death. Must say, pretty happy about my deadlift, even though I haven’t did heavy dead’s in a long time. Today’s done, now to rest up, refuel and get ready for tomorrow. Definitely gonna roll around and hope not to be to destroyed for tomorrow haha
