If you ever wondered how a trickliner learns to string together tricks into a combo.... here’s my approach at my favorite gym, @progresh . Today was a day of highs and lows at work...fortunately I met with one of my mentors...Clara...just the 5mn talk helped me...this girl is always positive...she went through so many situations...had her family jewelery stolen..flooding i her house...3 IVF procedures...and so on...she is always smiling...she takes care of herself..always class...her response to me.aboit how she manages everything was: I am NOT my situations..I am NOT my trials..I AM GREATER than my trials...I AM STRONGER than all those situations...they pass...they always pass. Regardless of whats going on I have to use what I have to create what I desire...so I see opportunities everywhere...she managed to pass her MBA...she has twins...she is now a Vice President at a major bank in Montreal...just turned 40...so this motivation helped me and I completed a full body workout...the feeling of victorious accomplishment is priceless

Thursday’s are bitter sweet. Yes it’s my 2 favorite workouts in one day... but it’s 2 Workout’s in one day.. 😂. After leaving 24 Hour Fitness for my Body Combat class, I drive straight to my ‘home’ gym where I like to lift and do legs. Today was glute based with a lunge killer at the end. Happy FriYAY eve! Get your workout in before the weekend 💪🏽
Day #4 of this week 🙌🙌🙌 small wins 👍 Im planning on taking a rest day tomorrow and then hitting day #5 Saturday. I'm aiming to hit the gym 5 days a week. Don't wait until 2018 to get back on track 😄 Start now!!! What do you have to lose? 🙃
#ThrowbackThursday to our trip to Pittsburgh where we had the privilege of participating in a @gnclivewell photo/video shoot with @jimstoppani. In my video Jim taught me about biocromial distance within the context of bench press. The knowledge not only saved my shoulder but I passed it onto other friends who also have seen their bench press not only go up, but become much more comfortable and no longer a painful movement.

••HIIT workout followed by Bi’s and Tri’s•• did you know that hiit workouts are one of the most effective ways to blast fat? Spending hours on the treadmill isn’t always the way to go!! Now don’t get me wrong a good brisk, high incline walk on the treadmill helps but if you wanna switch it up I suggest doing a HIIT workout before or after your workout, or even make it your workout if you’re pressed for time 🤗 I’m off to pack for a week long vaca in the big 🍎 w my 🍯!!
