Holy shit squats were awesome today. Started with front squats and maxed out at 205×1. Then tested back squats and hit 225×2 high bar and 225×4 low bar. Eventually worked up the balls to hit 245×1 high bar, 10# less than the weight that injured my back. Huge shout out to my coach @monstermakerfitness for helping get my hands on a solid belt. Being able to actually brace my core has made a huge difference!!
Gotta say I'm loving this Tuesday-Saturday work thing. Being able to spend my Monday's focusing on myself and getting things done is so refreshing. Today I did fasted cardio, yoga, meal prepped for myself and @kturnsey, had a nice Epsom salt soak, tanned, studied, cleaned, did laundry worked out and practiced my posing 🤗. Feeling very productive and content and glad to have started my week on such a positive note!
