We are really excited to announce the Osho International Tantra Festival 2017! Each day we will receive transmissions and incarnate qualities associated with special meditations and practices to anchor them into our bodies.
We have a full line up of Tantra workshops that will take you deeper into the tantra experience. We aim to provide a growth inducing space that allows authentic transformation as well as lots of fun and upliftment.
To help create a community feeling and loosen up, there will be afternoon Biodanza classes which will help bring us together and there will also be specially designed workshops covering some of the most fundamental and important aspects of Tantra to help you get the most out of the festival.
It's a magical opportunity to learn from facilitators who come from different parts of the world and from parts of India as well.

If in the end of the day there is no one motivating you...You need to be the motivation. You need to believe in yourself and DO WHAT YOU FEELS RIGHT. It can be wrong for everyone around you, but if in the end of the day you believe 100% not 99% that you can accomplish whatever it is that you take on....you should never feel discouraged if you are the only motivator.
A lot of people will not be here for you and they doubt you in life. For some reason people tend to discourage rather than encourage. Let's change that a bit. We all work hard, we all have bad days, but how would you feel if someone were to approach you and tell you to keep doing what you are doing? You would feel amazing...so bottom line be a self motivator and for others- just be nice and more understanding of people's life decisions.
Transformation Tuesday! 9 weeks difference between these 2 photos.
The left was during prep, I was tired, flat, 0 energy or motivation and I absolutely hated exercise.
On the right I'm up 3% body fat, built over a kg in muscle and weighing in at 70.7kg.
My energy levels are sky high, my strength is improving and im absolutely loving training again.
For me the left is unsustainable, I enjoy eating healthy, it makes me feel good from the inside out, but I also dont pass down dessert and I'd sacrifice an ab for chocolate any day of the week.
The gym isnt always about loosing weight. It's also about gaining it in the right way. Get stronger & pushing yourself, it's a win win all round!
Here’s a before and after pic of my client Robbie after just 7 weeks of training with me on his transformation. He came to me 8 weeks ago wanting to get into the best possible shape before he had to head back to Spain where he works intermittently through the year. His exercise was sporadic and eating habits were mixed as his work commitments meant he couldn’t get into a routine with training or nutrition. He ate out at restaurants a lot as he couldn’t be bothered to cook.
After carefully analysing his nutritional and lifestyle habits, we made some adjustments and some changes that he could stick to and be consistent with.
He trained with me 3 times a week following a upper/lower split, ensuring we kept frequency high by training muscle groups every 4 day’s. After spending the first few weeks working on basic training principles, building better nutritional habits and understanding how to train properly and effectively, Robbie has constantly made progression both in his body composition and strength. He is now back in Spain until the new year but has now signed up for online training with me where I can continually monitor his progress, write his diet plans and adjust his training programs to suit the new gym he will be training at.

This video is old.. I used to not be as fat and actually squatted quite often 😂
First time doing safety bar squats; it lowers your centre of mass, taking some of the pressure off the lumbar region of your spine.
Also with a slight elevation of the heels and driving the knees forwards from your centre of mass you can work the quads with more intent. .
If your gym has one of these I recommend you give it a go asap .

Haven’t been making progress on my squat like I want. I watched a great tutorial from Alan Thrall of Untamed Strength for my deadlift, so I went to the same place for my squat. Seems I wasn’t bracing properly. So I deloaded a bit, made sure I properly braced & worked back up. I could feel the difference, I’ll see how it goes. Big thanks for the tutorial!
