I could not wait until #transformationtuesday to post my progress on #flyinglizard pose. In July during the #yogaclubchallenge , I posted a #flyinglizardvariation . Since then I have attempted this pose and I always felt like I was going to snap my arm or injure my wrist. However as time has gone on, I now know that I need to:
1. Keep my shoulders broad.
2. Squeeze my arm with my leg.
3. Lift my hips.
4. Engage my core.
5. Extend through back leg to fly it.
Today I managed to do all of the above and even held the pose for over 10seconds! Happy days 😊😊
Besides fitness, one of the things I really, seriously love is music. Particularly, dance, deep house and other music of that type. I've been think of sharing my favourites with you guys through the form of a playlist of some sorts but I think it's a cooler idea to share them directly on Instagram. Last night we celebrated my girl, Indias birthday at a yummy restaurant downtown with a really fun group of people 🎉
I was so happy that Tyler got to meet her. Every time I'm around her, I think to myself....F, I'm so happy that we connected, what a badass and an inspiration. So stoked to have her part of my tribe.

What's your favourite exercise?
Hack Squat is serving a very good purpose for me at the moment, squats are taking its toll as I get lower in body fat/calories/so the safety of hack squats in paying off! Progressing each week pretty well.
🤔Meal plans or macros?🤔
✅The major reason why I advocate a macro based plan for the majority of people over a meal plan is for adherence. Not saying neither is "better or worse".. Just basing my choice based on which can produce more consistency, and at least for me it has
🔥Hitting strict guidelines for meal timing, and specific meals, day in and day out for months and months can be challenging on consistency for most people. I know personally I could not do it that way
🔑A transformation does not take a week or even a month. It takes months and months, possibly even years. And the one similarity between all transformations is the consistency over the months and years
❌So in regards to this topic, the goal is never to pick the best, most scientifically optimal program if it means sacrificing your ability to stay consistent and adhere to the program. This is where the balance of flexibility and macros comes in on the days you need it
