Part of my website re-design has been an overhaul (and major update) of my testimonials page, which I admittedly have been HORRIBLE at maintaining.
I'm so grateful to so many of my clients who have submitted photos and testimonials for me.
I think sometimes, even I forget just how AMAZING some of the transformations my clients have achieved, truly are.
Today's #transformationtuesday from Jeff, police officer, lifetime natural bber, AND he's over 50(!!)
He wrote: "In my mid 40’s I signed up for my first natural bodybuilding show and signed up for Alli’s contest prep. I did very well for my first show. Seriously? What is the worst than can happen? And the best than can happen? When it comes to making choices, big decisions, or doing anything I am dragging my feet and hesitating on, I get alone with myself, play relaxing music, light some candles, take a pen and paper, draw a line down the middle of the page, and write out my all the pros and cons of what it is I want to do, have to do, need to do, what I am afraid to do. I can talk it to death with other people, seeking their advice and guidance, but in the end, nobody really knows better than me, what is best or right for me.
That pros and cons list? Works like a charm, every time. And when I reflect on it, the pros almost ALWAYS outweigh the cons. And then I take a good hard look at the cons ( the worst that can happen) and ask myself how many of those am I willing to accept and possibly live with in exchange for all the pros (the best that can happen). Funny thing about all those cons I come up with, though. For the most part, they are rooted in fear. Fear of the bad or uncomfortable things, situations, feelings etc. that I think MIGHT happen. The pros are almost always guaranteed good things.
What do you need to do, want to do, wish to do, have to do next? Dont talk it to death. Stop agonizing over it. Try the pros and cons technique. ♡

I like to post on my account how I feel so that I can look back and remember. I enjoyed a weekend where I didn’t use my weeklies and I want to remember how great I felt when Monday rolled around. I found my dream wedding dress in February but it was wayyy too small. Like teeeny for me!
So I crazily bought it 😩🤦🏼♀️ Then come September I was bigger than ever and nearly gave up hope and was running out of options.
I decided to give @cambridgeweightplan a try and today after 7 weeks of kick ass dieting... THE DRESS FITS 🙌🏼🙌🏼👰🏼💕💕💕 So I just stood crying for joy in my bloody lush dress like a scene from friends 😂 ecstatic is an understatement 💕
•Sauté bell peppers & chicken
- Marinate 200 grams chicken breast with 50 grams curd, onion garlic paste, salt & pepper for 15-20 mins.
Roast the marinated chicken until it’s funny cooked and ready to eat. - In a pan, add a little oil, sliced onion and garlic. Cook until brown. - Add capsicum and stir for 4-5 mins as it takes a little longer to cook. Then add red and yellow bell peppers and cook for another 4-5 mins. - Add roasted chicken to this - Add Italian seasonings, mixed herbs and Himalayan rock salt once done!

Fat - 20 g

I remember over the weekend I was adding More weights to complete my sets for deadlifts and a guy who was new to working out asked me "why are you carrying weights, do you want to have muscles?"
Weight lifting is not only for triceps and biceps, here is a proof that when applied to the right muscle groups the gains can't be hidden at all.
My #transformationtuesday is gonna be slightly different today. As this is week to of my transformation from show to offseason I thought I would show my weekly update.These are my progress pictures 2 weeks and 2 days post show. Last check in I weighed in at 83.7kg. Today I weighed in at 84.8kg. Up 1.1kg! Slightly more than I wished for but given I had an off schedule meal on Sunday I am happy. Also I feel my condition looks as good if not better than last week. So far, so good 💪
Transformation Tuesday 🙈Left-2011 Just after the majority of my hair feel out after using bleach every month for a year 🙈my good friend and hairdresser @lady_e01 tried her best to salvage what hair I had left. The fringe though 😂Right- 2 Days ago my hair grew back strong and healthy but I couldn't stay away from hair dye (although not bleach). I wasn’t always that confident and happy with myself. I had to realise I have a problem and I need to find a solution. It was not that much about the way I looked, the problem was with the way I felt: back pain, swollen legs, always tired. How I look now is only the bonus, the real reward is that I managed to resolve the other issues 👌🏻. In case you still live in denial please wake up as this could be the decision that changes you for life.
