went to the ENT today, got my voice box all types of checked out lmao (looked like something from the female reproductive system, a demogorgon, and a creature from alien vs predator all in one).
scheduled my tonsillectomy so if there are any of you that care schedule the middle of January to be the time of massive complaining and loopy YT vid sessions lmao 😅.
Let's talk about Persistence.
I hear this one a lot "I've tried everything" "nothing worked".
It took me so long to realize that it's NOT a program that needs to work. It's YOU.
A diet or exercise is only as beneficial as you make it. So if you have tried something and two weeks later you stopped because you are "not seeing results" or the "scale isn't moving". Then it's not a diet that failed. It's YOU.
People call it a lifestyle because it's not a short earned thing.
It's worked for and maintained on a daily basis. If something advertised to change your life in just 3 weeks or 5 minutes a day. Chances are there is some margin to be made for some company.
So that's why I'm going back to advertising Persistence.
Actually work for something. Don't quit when things get rough. You never know how close you are to success, so don't let doubt distract you. If you are putting in work and eating right then don't give progress a deadline or a small window of opportunity. Allow it the time it needs to take change and transform for you.
When you add water to concrete mix you'll see it's simply a sludge. You can move it and it will form into what you want BUT until you allow TIME to dry that concrete isn't going to be what it needs to be.
So be patient, don't stress over quick results. You have time to change your life so let's do it the correct way! I love all you guys and girls. Let's have a kick ass day💪🙏😘❤️

About 6 months ago i decided to quit my boring 9-5 job & become a personal trainer ✨ This wasn’t easy and i um’ed and ar’ed for MONTHS about it! A lot of people doubted me & a lot of people told me i was stupid, and that it was ridiculous just quitting my job!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
& to be honest they were probably right! but you know what.. i am 10000x happier now 🙋🏼 I work a job i am so passionate about, that it doesn’t even feel like work! I no longer dread monday mornings, because i no longer have to drag myself out of bed to go to a job i hate being told what do by someone else for shit money. So i guess what i’m trying to say is, life is way too short to be not enjoying what you do for 70% off your day 🌈 Do something that makes you happy, & if that means taking risks then so be it!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Here’s an early #transformationtuesday just because I’m hyped about it. As of mid-December last year, when I was 360 lbs at the heaviest I’ve been, I’m officially standing at 210 lbs right now. Down 150 lbs in just under a year. It sure as hell was tough but that never stopped me and I finally reached my goal after all this time. Never in my life have I felt this good about myself and I don’t plan on changing my current lifestyle for a very long time. It’s weird bc I don’t feel like I’ve really changed much the past 6-8 weeks, but I suppose I have! You can see in the middle pic that the shirt was still pulling in my tummy just a bit like 6 weeks ago and today it doesn’t pull anywhere. Yay!!! Top 3️⃣ Hotel BREAKFAST Hacks 🥞💥
✖️PROTEIN WAFFLES 🥞 Bring protein powder with & mix with water to consistency, and use the waffle maker that most continental breakfasts have! I like to add blueberries and Splenda to my batter (if available) 😋
✖️ POACHED OR HARD BOILED EGGS 🍳When eating either type of these eggs, you can guarantee that no excess butters or oils were used to cook your eggs, adding tons of extra cals 😅 you can also peel the hard boiled eggs to just eat egg whites!
✖️ OATS & FRESH FRUIT 🍓🍌 you can’t control what the oats were made with, but this is another healthy option! I will sometimes throw in half a scoop of protein powder as well 💪🏻
❌ limit or try to stray away from dried fruits, muffins & pastries, and the high calorie “hot options” typically served at continental breakfasts!
So many hotel breakfast options are loaded with unnecessary calories that I would WAY rather save for a yummy dinner or glass of wine 😋🍷

I seriously was trying to make every excuse in the book not to workout. I'm to busy taking care of kids today or I've got to clean my house.
But I didn't give into those excuses. Yes those things need to be done but my workout was only 30 minutes of my day. If I don't take care of myself, nobody will. I have to do this for me. Plus I want to be an example for my kids.
I want to live a long healthy life and so here I am. I showed up to my workout and now I feel great! This was my first time doing Piyo core and I feel great!
I don't reckon I have that much work to do... Just a lil bit.. I'm my own worst critic some days but it's good to stay on top of my eating and fitness habits. I never want to be 300lbs or even 200lbs again.. #fuckbeingfat#vsg#fitness#transformationtuesday

I was asked to do this by a few people. & until right now, I had no idea if it even look that different 🤷🏼♀️. To me, doing a transformation post didn’t occur to me at all. So I went back to my SnapChat, my photos on my phone & found one image. Which I saw was dated to 3 months ago 😎. Almost to the day. I rummaged through all my clothes to find the exact hoody & tights & here we are. A pants size down, 2 dress sizes down & a whole lot healthier me 🙏🏻. It didn’t take a fad diet, it didn’t take 18 hours in the gym every week. It took me making conscious decisions, failing at something but always trying again the next day. It took me living & loving myself enough to want to be healthier, not skinnier. Losing weight & centimetres are just a bonus at the end of a health journey 🌻. Health first, sis, always. And the lower one at ~24% which is today. If you say the top one and you look like me today. Let me ask you this. Is it you or society saying that you have to be skinny to be healthy? 😮Are you unwilling to accept yourself for how you are in every moment? 🤭 When I was at 7% BF. My IBS was out of control and I was sincerely fearful of food 🥘. Now. I cured my IBS(which I had for 16 years) and got rid of most of my allergies in the past 6 months working on just...emotional work. And I feel 💯 x better than before. I wanted to share with you that if you are waiting to be skinny in order to be happy. Your going to be in for not such a big surprise(since I’m warning you now). You still won’t be happy. Be happy in this very moment and then work to whatever body you want.
