🥄 Topped it with frozen berries, handful of ovomaltine cereal & PB #pbislife

Since I was 7 years old I played soccer. I didn't even know women's football existed until a couple of years ago when one of my coworkers played for the Utah Falconz. I am entering my second year with the Falconz, I play running back and cornerback. My favorite part of football is the adrenaline and thrill of the game. When you make a good play or tackle, it makes you feel alive, like you can do anything
When I am not killin it on the field, I work as a pediatric nurse at Primary Children's in the Pediatric ICU and Cardiac ICU. I have been there for about a year after I graduated from Weber State University Dec. 2016. I also work PRN at Horizon Home Health in their pediatric department...see a trend?
I love to hang out with my friends and my kiddo! I spend most of my time embarrassing my child...singing and dancing in the kitchen is pretty much a daily routine...she is definitely the adult in our family. I also have some side hobbies; I love acting, recording music, playing the piano, watching movies, reading, rock climbing, outdoorsie stuff and trying anything new (except sky diving...I'm terrified of heights...and spiders). I'm super duper excited for this season and ready to get us a "three-peat".

Eliminei ou perdi 6 pounds em 1 semana fazendo Jejum Intermitente. E não estou fazendo dieta Low Carb. Existe diferença entre eliminar peso e perder peso? Simmmm. Eliminar peso é quando eliminamos GORDURA. Perder peso é quando perdemos MASSA MAGRA,gordura e água. Nesse momento eu só queria que a retenção de liquido causada pelos remédios e a gordurinha maledita 😒 que se apoderou das laterais do meu corpo fossem embora 😜 E estou muito feliz com o resultado. Sadly, most of us don't realize that "doing your best" does NOT mean breaking a personal record every day, or absolutely crushing it, or everything going perfectly. .
Doing your best means the best that you have in you, taking everything into account at the given moment or your current circumstances. .
As a lot of you know, I was off lifting for awhile (almost 4 months) so my stamina and strength has decreased. I didn't want to post any workout videos because I'm supposed to be FIT & STRONG no matter what right? .
NO!! We're supposed to go through ups and downs. I swear to you, the day I realized IT'S OK to feel weaker and just take it slow and if I'm too sore, to sit and stretch or just go for a walk is the day I set myself FREE.
Life is hard enough so let's not make it harder on ourselves by harbouring guilt. .
Be kind to others, be kind to yourself, move to feel happy, set goals to motivate you, and enjoy the journey getting there. Do your best and be proud with all the ups and downs that come along the way🙏❤️

When I was like 8 years old, I had an obsession with this one shirt I had — it was a light blue Adidas T-shirt (probably boys’ because I thought wearing boys’ stuff would make me more like Becky “the icebox” O’Shea from Little Giants and that chick was my idol 🤩 I mean, the way she took that helmet off, whipped her hair out, and left the guys stunned after laying down a serious tackle?? #SeriousBadass 🙌🏼). ⠀
But anyway, back to the T-shirt 👉🏼 I loved it because it said “whether you think you can, or think you can’t, you’re right.” ⠀
A statement that is so cliche now, but as an 8-yr old I thought that was SUCH a mic drop line 🤯😵😍 ⠀
And I remember whenever I wore that shirt (which was a lot 😬), I always thought to myself “I gotta tell myself I CAN because I’m right and I don’t want to tell myself I can’t and have that be right.” 😟🤷🏼♀️⠀
I legitimately thought it was like a curse that you put on yourself based on what you told to yourself you could or couldn’t do ✨🔮✨😂 ⠀
Funny to think how kids’ minds work but you know what? 23 years later and helping people on a daily basis with their health & fitness + striving for my own goals, I realize more and more how on-point my 8-year old thinking (and that shirt) really was. 🙏🏼 ⠀
Today was day 1 of a 13-week program that is going to demand more of me and my team (and the 200+ people joining us) than ever before. ⠀
There are so many reasons why we could say we “can’t” and we’d probably be right. ⠀
But for every reason you say you CAN’T, there’s someone out there with that SAME reason saying she CAN. ⠀

Moves from yesterday’s home wod 💪 part of my own challenge to start of 2018 workouts with a 🥊 do 505 reps in total, feel free to divide how ever you like, but try to complete with minimum breaks ✌️ I did each move x 101 reps. Fast and effective, I guarantee that.💥
