“QUICK/EASY ONE BOWL HOME-MADE CEREAL !!” I’ve always loved cereal growing up, but to find one that wasn’t loaded with full of sugar and oil is pretty tough. Recently I created my own and it has become my stable breakfast. It takes NO time and is ready to go for every morning. I love having it with cashew milk, @thesuppstore peanut butter, chia seeds and topping it with fresh strawberries since they’re currently in season! Using fresh fruit to sweeten you’re breakfast is by far the best way to go and you will feel 10x better once you do!
All you need:
3 cups Jumbo Oats
1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup Quinoa Puffs
1 cup Buckwheat flakes (or bran flakes if not gf)
1/2 tbsp cinnamon (or more if needed)
1/2 cup raisons chopped
Start by baking the oats and seeds in the oven until lightly golden brown. Once done, add to a bowl with the rest of the ingredients and let it cool. Once cool, add it to a large jar and store up to 1 month.
Double tap if you love overnight oats! 🙋🏽 I LOVEEEE having them as my second breakfast post training. 💪🏽Especially when they're topped with delicious paleo granola + goji berries from @thesourcegoldcoast 😋
Did you know that oats are technically gluten-free? They aren't considered wheat, barley or rye (which all contain the protein gluten). Instead, they contain the protein avenin. Oats can, however become contaminated if they're grown on the same fields as wheat, barley or rye. If you're eliminating gluten from your diet, you can purchase 'uncontaminated oats' in AU, which are generally known to be safe for people with sensitivities.

I usually soak them overnight with 1 tbsp. lemon juice & then cook them on the stove with almond milk, banana & eggs for extra protein. Sometimes I'll even pre-soak them with chia, which is a great way to increase your fiber, vitamin & mineral intake.
P.s. Soaking oats overnight helps break down & reduce the phytic acid content contained within its bran. Phytic acid can bind to calcium, magnesium, copper, iron, zinc & enzymes, inhibiting intestinal absorption for some people. I pre-soak my oats in a jar the night before & just top with some paleo granola in the morning, which is especially convenient if I'm in a hurry. 😋

Blue Monday za nami to teraz może być tylko lepiej 👍😁 Naszym lekiem na wczorajszy depresyjny dzień były te właśnie proteinowe kuleczki, które odgoniły chmury nad nami zanim się jeszcze zebrały ⛈ A to dlatego, że wstałyśmy rano już z myślą o tych pysznościach 😋 Kuleczki robi się w 5 minut i można je zajadać od razu lub włożyć do zamrażarki i codziennie wyciągać po jednej (no może po dwie ✌). Cudownie rozpuszczają się w ustach 😍
Składniki na 4-5 kulek:
✔ 2 spore łyżki tahini ✔ 2 spore łyżki musu kokosowego lub ulubionego masła orzechowego
✔ 2 miarki odżywki białkowej (u nas smak kokosowy)
✔ garść sezamu (u nas czarny)
✔ wiórki kokosowe do obtoczenia
W kąpieli wodnej rozpuścić mus kokosowy z tahiną. Dodać odżywkę białkową i wymieszać (konsystencja ma być mokrego piasku). Jeśli próbna kulka jest zbyt mokra należy dodać więcej odżywki. Na końcu masę wymieszać z sezamem. Lepić kulki lub batoniki i obtoczyć je w wiórkach kokosowych. Siup do lodówki lub zamrażarki jeżeli mają starczyć na dłużej 😁 ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ NOWY ROK, NOWA JA! This amazing recipe is from Tasty Vegetarian and super easy to make as @emwattsy showed you all a couple of days ago on my insta stories.
3 garlic cloves crushed
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 punnet cherry/grape tomatoes
2 1/2 cups vegetable stock
2 1/2 cups almond milk
1 pkt egg free pasta
2 large handfuls spinach leaves
Firstly dice and fry off in a large pot 1 onion 3 cloves of garlic and 2 tablespoons of tomato paste.
Once cooked down add 1 punnet of cherry /grape tomatoes to pot cut in half stir for a couple of minutes and add a pinch of salt, cracked pepper and 2/12 cups of vegetable stock. Stir and add 2 1/2 cups of almond milk a packet of egg free pasta of your choice. Summer for 10 minutes and add 2 large handfuls of spinach leaves. Stir through and finally add 1/3 of a cup of nutritional yeast. Place lid on pot till pasta has cooked through and serve hot.
Note: this can be reheated on stove top. Just add a splash of almond milk to bring back the creaminess.

Many people have since adopted what has become this fad (boo!) saying things like "I'm losing weight by following the low FODMAP diet" or "I'm permanently low FODMAP". NO NO NO!! This diet needs to be administered and monitored by an appropriately qualified individual! ESPECIALLY if you will be following a low FODMAP vegan diet, it is crucial that someone who is knowledgeable is ensuring you're meeting your nutritional targets, as it can be quite restrictive if not appropriately administered. 👎⠀
