Happy monday 🍄
I didn't feel happy when I got up this morning. Some time ago I would've accepted this and would've waited for changing by itself. Not anymore. I've found some ways to make my mood change.
One thing I recognised was the impact of social media. Especially here on instagram. I used to just follow people because of their pretty pictures. But I've changed/added a new filter: When I don't get any benefit, I just unfollow. When I get sad, angry or bad thoughts because of certain profiles, I unfollow. My feed is now filled with positive pictures and messages. I only follow people/accounts who cheer me up, help me to grow and ground myself. People with real values, with a positive message.
I suggest doing the same. We need to deal with enough negative in our everyday lifes, there's no need to do so on here where we're in charge ✨ #yunabanthephilosopher
