🙉 One of the most frustrating things is to be spot on with your nutrition — eating all the right foods, in all the right portions — and then come to realize that you’re 400 calories over your daily goal because you drank a damn Coca-Cola and Peach Tea during the day… Ugh…
👌🏼 Now, while it is ok to enjoy a liquid calorie beverage from time to time, one of the simplest hacks you can make when dieting for fat loss is to simply remove beverages that contain calories!
🤔 Think about it… it’s SUPER easy to drink a Starbucks Frappuccino (500 calories) on your way to work, or put down a 12oz Coke (140 calories) with lunch, or even a Gatorade (150 calories) on your run, BUT these things never fill you up all by themselves… and if you did drink them all in the day, you’d be over your calories by 800!!! That’s like gaining 1.6 pounds per week… WOAH…
🔁 So, instead of consuming calories that aren’t serving your goals, switch to some zero-calorie or low-calorie beverages that are “Fat Loss Approved”.
🤓 But don’t get me wrong… these beverages (the list above) does not “burn” body fat off your body. They merely act as placeholders for where you were previously consuming calories. Make sense?
🙏🏼 Simply put, switching from Coke to Come Zero, and switching from Lemonade to a Baì could save you 300 calories per day, or more! And while some of the artificial sweeteners are not the healthiest alternatives in the world to wholesome real foods, neither is being 83.2 pounds overweight. Ya feel?

All those changes added up and before I knew it I had lost 305lbs. Something I always thought about is why so many people get provoked by pics where woman use less clothes. Like a bikini or underwear🤔 And I don't think it's about the clothes or lack of clothes, I think it's because how we express ourself🙋🏼 If a woman looks confident and showing off her body, she will get hate, because people that are insecure about themself will feel that they are not good enough 🙅🏼 But you are! Stop feeling that you aren't good enough and try to be inspired by other people. I know it can be hard to show love if you don't love yourself first ❤️ I'm not here to be cocky or just want to show off my body because I think I'm better than you, I just want to show my happiness and pride so you can get inspired doing the same thing✨
Transforming your body isn’t easy. I’ve been there and through seemingly everything, but I’m here to assure you it is possible — below are 10 tips I wish I would’ve known when I first started. Write these down, save this post, do whatever you have to do to never forget them.
1. Cut anyone and EVERYONE out of your life that doesn’t support you
2. Don’t compare your journey to anyone else’s
3. Stop thinking “less calories, more cardio” is the key to everything
4. Don’t always be striving to look like XYZ from the Internet because you never will. Everyone’s bodies are different, focus on being the best version of YOURSELF.
5. Be consistent. Don’t diet and workout like crazy Monday-Friday and binge on the weekends
6. Find something you LOVE, if you hate running don’t freaking run
7. View working out as a lifestyle, not a chore
8. Be proud of yourself - take pictures, post them, share them, hype yourself up
9. Do NOT give up on yourself - ever. Change takes time
10. Most importantly - WORK YOUR ASS OFF. I didn’t get where I am because of any old personal trainer. Sure I’ve had guidance along the way, but if I didn’t truly WANT to change, I wouldn’t have. Come up with a plan and execute on that freaking plan every single day

ONE PIECE OF ADVICE!! Remember everyone starts Somewhere! At my starting photo I was playing sports 2-3times a day whether it was morning, lunch or evening games or trainings ...I always played a lot of sport!
However No matter how much exercise I did, I was always just carrying a bit more weight than the other girls (who I so aspired to look and be like and really wanted become their friend!) I decided to try and make my own meals and eat healthy to tone up a bit!
...so I started to make badass as pasta or potato salads (with a lot of cheese, mayo, sauce etc) 😂
I couldn’t figure out why I wasn’t looking fitter ! I thought these meals were “healthy!” - as a bonus side note: my sports performance was going mean though 😂💯 Majority of my Enquiries are regarding nutrition (also hence why I specialise in this!) if you’re stuck with Nutrition just know that majority of society is in the same boat as you! Google is full of miss-leading and contradictory information when it comes to nutrition, leaving a lot of people feeling even more confused as to “how to make progress!”
MY PIECE OF ADVICE
There’s no “one specific plan.” What you do need to do is find a coach. Someone that will provide you with the knowledge and support and someone that you can gain trust with!
Going on your fitness journey by yourself really is taking it the hard way ..(I know this!) 💁🏼 You’ll end up taking longer to see results, spend a lot more money, effort and emotions and well as doubt that your methods are right!

After my accident I had an extreme awakening.. the people that truly loved me were there.. true friends revealed themselves, and the selfish were exposed. No pic of dinner tonight because I scarfed it down the second I walked in the door. I had a last minute work event come up tonight that I was not prepared for and decided to run through Sonic on my way home. Not the best thing I could have picked, but I still stayed within my daily SPs and got my third blue dot for the week!
This is what happens when life happens.... Working basically every day, long days...plus personal life stops for no one. Some days I sleep 3 hours...some I can't even get out of bed.
My eating hasn't gotten out of control. But I can definitely say that wine found me 🙊
Even though everyone I mention it to says they can't see it... I can totally feel the 5 lbs I've gained. Blahhh. But no better time than to nip it in the butt right now! Today was a good day. Lots of water and sleep. I hate the lack of posting (which probably accounts for losing 60 followers). It's just easy to say I burnt myself out. Which I have. But instead it's time to say "What positive changes can I make to head in a better direction?" Keto reset what uppp!
I spent some time getting to know this guy while we attended a leadership summit 2 weeks ago ... I was able to hear his story and journey to health in much greater detail 🙌🏻 I asked him what his breaking point was .. where he knew he had to choose a different way. This married guy, with 2 beautiful young daughters was at the doctor with blood pressure through the roof, horrible nutrition, exhausted ... not fully present for his family ~ he was told by that doctor that if he didn’t do something drastically different with his health, he would not be around to see his daughters graduate high school 😢 THATS ALL HE NEEDED TO HEAR 💪🏻 He ran towards a healthier lifestyle and transformed physically & spiritually !!
