Rest day is sooooo important!! I usually wait for my body to tell me when I need a day to rest, to let my muscles do their thang, etc and that was today 😌 Week One was mainly food-focused but this week I’ve been introducing workouts which I can already feel in my body 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 I feel stronger and walk with better posture because I can feel my back and legs getting stronger. Whew!! Now that I’m getting ready for bed I kinda wish I went for an easy walk but oh well 🤷🏼♀️ Next rest day 🙃 Can’t wait to hit up boxercise again tomorrow! 💗🤸🏻♂️🥊
@70lbsoflife's New Year Fitness Challenge: Day 16
January 16th's snow day lunch was a chicken bacon roulade brought to you by @layers.incredibledibles. I love their service! Low carb meals delivered to me in portions that are appropriate for post-op! And they help me take care of my boyfriend too, with their regular menu! If you're in San Antonio, you have to check them out!
Are you a peanut butter love 🥜 ❤️ but also watching your calories??
-First off, there’s nothing WRONG with normal peanut butter BUT... I know a lot of people have a problem with over consuming it! Especially given the calorie density of it! 190cals for 2tbsp.
-Now I don’t want this to turn into a debate whether or not the replacement ingredients in the low calorie option are “good” or “bad”. But instead just share something I found at good ole Trader Joe’s. If you think it’s replaced with sweetened anthrax powder then don’t eat it 😜. And if you don’t then enjoy the 💩 out of it!! I’ll be over here eating the whole jar. (Jk like half)

Progress... No Matter How Small
Sorry I'm so late posting, I was trying to wait for the accompanying prompt photos, but I gave up. I finally bought new pants. I was tired of using my belt to wear crazy baggy pants! Down to size 22 from 26! Still a ways to go, but I am happy!!
I've been getting a few followers so I thought I should take a little time to tell you about myself ☺️ I'm Nicola, I'm 28 from Manchester, UK 🇬🇧 I work in my local hospital as a Nurse, I've been in this job for 6 years now. It was also my first job after I qualified! I've been married to my husband since 2013 and we own a gorgeous little terraced house in town.
I've been overweight ALL my life. It bothered me a lot in high school, I was the typical bullied kid. But then I hit puberty and I lost some weight. It was when I went to University and met my (future) husband, oh boy it all piled on. That's when my depression started too, well the first time. I only seemed to really suffer for six months then it seemed I was on the road to happiness. It reared its ugly head again in May 2017 and I've been struggling ever since. It's so fucking hard dealing with my own mind everyday, filled with negative thoughts. Another BIG problem I have is binge eating. It's almost ruined my marriage as my husband used to come across old food wrappers in the house when I swore downright that I wasn't doing it. For him finding out it was the reason why I couldn't finish my meals because I was binging he felt so disappointed in me. It was only recently when I realised it was an addiction and I thought it would be so hard to stop. But I am trying so hard not to do so, if any of you have tips, please please let me know! I want to be healthy and pain free. I want to be able to walk without having to stop every five minutes. This time I will do it. #myweightlossjourney#weightlossjourney#formenotyou#fuckbodyshaming#weightloss#slowlybutsurely#weightlossmotivation#weightlossgoals#letsdothis#progress#BED#fattofit
I found this old video on Israel’s phone of me drinking an iced mocha. I miss that straw 😂
Last year, I left the barista life and the barista discount. I’ve easily spent $100 on coffee every month since.
The company I now work for is doing a weight loss challenge through HealthyWage. I’m going to use the money I normally spend on coffee to bet on myself. If I weigh 50 pounds less in 8 months I’ll win $2400 ($800 of it I will have paid in)
And if that doesn’t motivate me more than one $5 coffee per day would I guess I’m breaking even 🤷🏻♀️ If you’d like to follow my struggle @lulubelle03
I looked at myself in the mirror this morning and felt really good about my reflection and my curves. It reminded me of the photo on the left, taken just before my wedding, when I was bloated and uncomfortable having eaten too much bread and pasta. Now that I am on a restricted diet, following the removal of the O from FODMAPS, I cannot tell you how good I feel. My stomach doesn't hurt, I'm not bloated, I'm not struggling with digestion (if you know what I mean 😉) and it feels so good! I'm so glad that I finally have answers and a clear path forward to good gut health! Now I just have to he careful and make sure I restrict certain foods. I've waited so long to understand why I was feeling so unwell so often, and I just feel so relieved ☺️
Exciting new announcement... help me spread the word and grow my business...all while eating healthy and delicious meals. Thank you ALL •

Laying in bed after working 12+ hours and deeming that necessary enough that I needed caffeine. And chocolate. Yes, I added it into my calories, but it didn't do anything good for me and now I feel guilty. Sort of a winning and losing situation. I'm not giving up. Tomorrow is a new day. I have to work 25 hours in the next 2 days. Hoping I'll be back on schedule next week and will try to work out much more, but until then I will try harder to work on feeding and fueling my body instead of my cravings.
Day 17/365 [1.17.18]
I was off from work & the gym today. I spent the bulk of my day running errands, adulting & shit. I got to train my mentor in the gym today which is always a good time! I kicked his ass like I do all of my clients lol! After that I got to visit with my mom, grandma, and 92 year old great grandpa, and eat some bomb ass food my mom cooked! Then I came home, showered, then decided to put on the ole red dress and check my progress! So I took all these pics today 💃 I was definetly happy with what I saw compared to the last time I did my red dress progress pics! Today's my Saturday so I just chilled... One another not, Do you even Squat Bro!?!? 👑🍑💪
When it’s your boyfriends 26TH birthday so that means cheat weekend which is turning into cheat week. Everything from sweets to his favorite dinner- - Mexican lasagna (DM me if you want to learn more about that). Ready to get back to it and start low carb tomorrow!🤞🏽WE GOT IT
So first day working out (since my last crossfit class in August). I was a little apprehensive about posting this because I know it doesn’t compare to other people’s work out. But, I made this account to document my journey AND I’m proud of myself. I jogged for 75% of this & I was at 4.0 incline 💦
