crunchy maca overnight oats:

You would probably still take it even though it was stepped on and crumbled. Do you know why? Because it’s still $20 and it’s worth has n o t changed.
The same goes for you; if you’re having a bad day or something bad happens, you are not worthless. If someone crumples you up or steps on you, your worth does not change. You are still just as valuable as you were before.
No matter what has happened to you, no matter who has broken you down, no matter who tells you what, you are not worthless.

Everyone at work is sick with every virus imaginable. Like no exaggeration, EVERYONE. 😩 Last night I forgot to put my immunity roller on my feet which I swear has been my thin veil of protection. Oops! 🤦🏻♀️This morning I was stuffy and my eyes felt crusty and itchy. (What? It's true, just saying.🤷🏻♀️)I felt so bad for myself. Pity party in progress! 🎈 😭When I got to work I ate one of these oil infused bad boys, and then had another this afternoon. Guess what?! I'm just regular tired now! Not sick tired! 😂😂 These cough drops kick ass. They are worth every penny and I guard them with my life, to ensure I stay healthy. Get your own bag! They're even tasty. 😋 .

I feel so blessed and have so much to be grateful for after having just returned from 3 unbelievable, special weeks away with my beautiful family.
For the first time, in a very long time, I was able to completely unwind, have a quiet mind and enjoy every moment of everyday. I was able to live in the present, create memories and forget all the stresses and worries that consumed me for months leading up to it.
BUT, after being back for only a few days and getting back into the day to day routine, it’s amazing how quickly you return to old habits and old thoughts. My mind has been clogged with so much self-doubt and scrutiny, that at the end of the day my head is exhausted from all that chatter.
So today, now, as I sit here typing this post, I am taking a deep breath and I am refocusing my thoughts. I am concentrating on the fact that I am surrounded by so much love from family and friends, that I have my health, that I am able to inspire and help so many people achieve their health and life dreams and that I am able to host the most magnificent wellness weekend and allow other women to escape the busyness of their lives to a quiet place where they can put themselves as a priority.
What an amazing life I actually have 💕
Once we realized it was Tuesday, it gave us the perfect excuse to whip up a few of these! Swipe left to see Roczen's (He insisted on taking a picture of his after I took one of mine ☺️ And he loves to crack open his shells before he gets started 🤷🏻♀️).
The usual fixings: organic grass-fed beef with homemade taco seasoning, @kitehillfoods dairy free spread, avo, sauteed onions and green peppers, spinach, and salsa! All on an @angelicbakehouse sprouted grain tortilla for me (hard shell for him - we found some cleanish ones from @oldelpaso )!
