Transformation Tuesday!! Ok so yo empecé Herbalife (seriamente) un poquito mas de un mes... y dejeme decirles q como todo el mundo estuve un poco incrédula a los posibles resultados escuchando historias de personas quienes nisikiera conocen del producto. viendo resultados en mi propio hermano quien bajo 94 Libras y mi cuñada 30 Lbs me dije a mi misma" mi misma si tu no lo tratas no ay forma de saber klk con esto" sooo arranque en hasta ahora el mejor viaje que eh podido emprender.... logrando bajar 12Lbs en un mes (no es mucho pero ay vamos) el nivel de energía es inigual y que decir del amor a ejercicio 🤗. Eggs are an AMAZING food, and I love eating them for breakfast, but sometimes it's nice to switch it up. Plus, some people can't eat eggs and they deserve breakfast inspiration too!
Taking advantage of all these beautiful fruits before fall rolls in! Greek yogurt somewhere in there, topped with star fruit, fresh figs, cherries, raspberries, blueberries, fresh mint and basil, and had to top it all with some cocoa nibs 🙌🏼
Woke up feeling heavy and sore, so instead of going right into my scheduled heavy leg day, did some errands to let my body loosen up, had an extra coffee, ate this beaut, and altered my workout to a high volume light-weight endurance lift. ▫️
Some days, things just don't go according to plan. Don't stress or get hung up on it: listen to your body and make slight adjustments. There was a time in my life when I would not be able to handle this slight change of plan, so am very grateful that I have learned to be a little bit more flexible and show myself some love!

It's my morning #fueltime . Tuesday's are one of my happiest days. Our 6-day #eatcleanchallenge ends on Tuesdays every week. My phone is blowing up with #mindblowing#lifechanging#transformations ! I am #blessed to be a part of each one of these lives. Every message encourages me and reminds me of the #gift and #responsibility I have been given to help others all over the country #makepositivechanges that impact every area of their lives; not only #physicalhealth , but #mental and #spiritual health. Happy Tuesday, friends. Today is my last none routine day. I'm so excited to get back into a routine. Get back to yoga, get back to sleeping my nights, and having adventures to the ocean. A routine is something I never thought I'd crave but I love the ability to schedule my work life around everything else. ❤️❤️

Today was the first day I got on my mat in over a week, for a variety of reasons. It's hot, I'm busy, I'm tired, I could take a nap instead... the list goes on. Showing up is always the hardest part. •
But I did. I got on my mat and chanted and breathed and flowed and sweat. I found my center. I reconnected. I felt free.
There's always going to be a million excuses that can hold you back. You can always come up with a reason to not practice, to not take that trip, to not go for that job, to not fall in love. Let's show up instead. It's the hardest part, but freedom is waiting. 📷by @t_reel_

Confession. I need a little sweetness in my smoothies. Yesterday's tasted a bit more like a frozen 🍜 Today I modified liquid breakfast by adding stevia sweetened cacao chips by @lilys_sweets_chocolate. Stevia is an herb that's about 100-200 times sweeter than sugar, but has no calories, and doesn't raise blood sugar levels. It is a completely safe sugar substitute and a much better option than sugar alcohols (contained in sweeteners like Truvia). Sugar alcohols can cause digestive problems, so I recommend avoiding them #fivefructosefree
Make this healthy smoothie bowl:
10 ice cubes
2 cups almond milk
1 handful spinach
1 TBSP chia seeds
1 TBSP 🥜 butter
1 TBSP @lilys_sweets_chocolate Stevia sweetened cacao chips
1 scoop protein powder
1 scoop @furtherfood Collagen
Top with 1 TBSP melted cacao chips, crushed cashews and 🥒
