Now that you’ve mastered the 🍥➿🌪🍭, get your nose in the glass and tell me what you smell! A hint: there are NO WRONG ANSWERS. Seriously.
Everyone’s palate and nose is different. We’ve all been beginners, so don’t be intimidated and don’t worry about what anyone else thinks — just enjoy the journey/roller coaster that is wine!!
In front of the fire with a crisp #Riesling . This is a great dry example out of Oregon 🇺🇸. Lime, gooseberry and even more lime! Really nice finish with high-acidity.
Must admit, I’ve always leaned toward Reds, but Riesling is a firm favourite in my house!
Oregon, you know your wine! 🍋🍈
Pure pleasure with @cadorvini
Tasting night 🌃 the protagonists are the well known Franciacorta Pas Dosé and the great Lessini Doc Blanc de Blancs. Let's start 🌟
The Franciacorta is produced with Grand Cru chardonnay and pinot noir grapes. The first fermentation happens in steel tanks for 7 months and ends with at least 30 months on yeast in bottle. This Brut is extremely complex, full of porfumes and rare tastes. I can smell white flowers, the fragrance of bread crust is strong, permanent. This is the result of a long fermentation period, the double respect to other Franciacorta

Happy Cheese Lover's Day!
Besides wine and Italy, our third love at the #grandwinetour is definitely C H E E S E! How could it not be in the land of mozzarella di bufala, parmigiano reggiano and ricotta?!
We are going to enjoy all the dairy goodness with a plate of pasta and a glass of wine like all good Italians do.
You and your friends' age shouldn't matter... unless your best friends are cheese and wine!🧀🍷Happy National Cheese Lover's Day! Hope you are having a blast this weekend!🌻 Shop our feed through the link in our bio 👀 #cheeseloversday
Here’s a tour around Tomac’s facilities. As the largest family-run winery in Plešivica, Croatia, it might surprise some people that Tomac produces only ~50,000 bottles every year. 70% of the production is sparkling wine made in méthode traditionelle. So a riddling machine is definitely appreciated here. All fermentation and maturation are done in big oak casks and buried amphorae. 🗒New report on @tomacwinery will be posted on exoticwinetravel.com soon.🍾 Follow us for all the deets and treats.
Tough love! Faiveley Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru Clos des Issarts Monopole 2002.
A rare sight. Elegant year, so beloved of wine makers in Burgundy.
Hard but very fine. Thin Fine Line. V linear. Lovely and love hurts!
