Body update! 🙏🏽haven’t been working out as much as I would want to because I started my practicum this month. 12 hour shifts of days and nights kinda makes Antoinette really tired (did I just speak in 3rd person) 🙏🏽kinda happy how my back looks like because I KINDA ACHIEVED MY GOAL WHOOOOT, shoulders and 🍑 look a bit big so my waist appears smaller heeeheh (trying to be as humble as possible here ) HOWEVER I still need to tone my back a bit more hehe yayay @lululemon
Ok so a while back I was tagged in @munique_fitness post, 10 non fitness related facts about me. And since I can't sleep, I decided to give it a go 🤔 .
1. I speak three languages fluently. Swedish, French and English.
2. I used to hate coriander and now I love it.
3. I moved to Switzerland after graduating high school and ended up living there for four years.
4. I was a smoker for almost ten years.
5. I have five tattoos, I got my first when I was 14 years old.
6. I've had 7 piercings, not including the ears.
7. I have never broken a bone in my body.
8. I was a vegetarian for three years, from 17 to 20.
9. I love whisky.
10. I once met #siennamiller and #jamesfranco while they where shooting a movie by the Niagara Falls. I was sixteen years old and it was my first visit to the states. 💗💗💗
Today was leg day but I have made it a goal for myself to start doing pull ups everyday. I want to be able to do more consecutive pull ups without assistance. Pick small goals for yourself push yourself, WORK HARD, and you can accomplish anything you put your mind to.

Crazy to think this time last year I made the decision to move to the other side of the world and start a new life 😮
Anyone else think time is going super fast atm? Oui je n'ai fais la séance haut du corps que aujourd'hui hier beaucoup de boulot pour la fac 🙄
Demain j'assemblerais la vidéo cardio et la vidéo renfo (sûrement cardio le matin après le médecin et renfo le soir) 💪🏻
