Easiest dinner ever! Dump all this on top of some chicken breast and cook on low for 7 hours. You don't have to add ththe veggies but I do so that I don't have to cook them separately in the evening!
True mental and physical exhaustion is ugly. It’s a uglier (in my opinion) then any other set of emotions. Why? Because it’s individualized.
There is no way to really grasp the severity of someone else’s exhaustion. Exhaustion looks different on every person it attaches itself to. Some people cry, others rage and get angry. Some people sleep , while others have menacing insomnia. Some hide away from the world and use substances to quite the pain, others fast and pray to calm their mind.
All these variables leave a humongous humanity shaped delta between where peace, love , and understanding meet human to human embracement.
The only way across this massive delta , that I have found , is perspective. How I choose to view others issues. Do I choose to embrace them with the understanding that their exhaustion and struggle may be different then mine , but they are equal in how we carry our burden. Or run from embracing others suck , and say I have it worse, my struggle is harder because I feel it deeper.
I choose to embrace.
What ever and why ever you feel exhausted , stressed , pressured , on edge today...I’m sending healing.
I don’t understand your struggle, but I know you are stronger then you think and more learned then you give yourself credit for.

BEDTIME SHENANIGANS!• .
It is not uncommon for 2 & 3 years olds to have the very best delay tactics on the planet to avoid going to sleep.
Just one more kiss, i need a drink, one last book, tuck me in again, the list is endless!
Setting limits around bedtime is critical at this age to remind your little ones who is in charge. Sure, listen to the demand, give in to it just once and remind them how much you love them, but now its time to go to sleep. .
As frustrating as this can be after the 15th request for water, try and remain calm as becoming angry will only exacerbate the situation resulting in an overtired, frustrated upset child.
Also, you may like to think about allowing time for a longer wind down routine. This will help your little one mentally prepare for the inevitable, and also allows you that extra time with them for kisses and cuddles and overall reconnection which can sometimes be all it takes for bedtime to be a stress free calming experience 💖💙💤 #stressfree#bedtime
Its Tues again already, as I sit at work on a telecom I'm speeding through my photos of the weekend. Parties, walking, lunch dates and sleeping, these are just a few of my favourites photos off for a run shortly to keep the balance in mind and body.
My baby bear 🐻💙 Love him so so much!
As a full time mum, #thebeplan has allowed me the flexibility to be with my boys whenever and wherever I want. It’s absolutely priceless when they’re so young!
Here we go again... Day #2 of doTERRA's online exclusive BOGO deal & man this one's a SWEEEEET one...
✨Buy Ice Blue Touch & Get Easy Air for FREE! ✨
Again these oils are a fave of ours & used in our home on the daily [hence why they're both in the Home Essentials Kit!] & I'd totally say that every home should have 'em!. 💧Ice Blue is soothing & cooling to the touch & relieves sore muscles & achey joints - G has used it to relieve a long term shoulder issue, my dad to ease pain from his hip bursitis, I use it to relieve sciatic pain & my grandmother swears by it for supporting with her arthritic hands & seriously the list goes on... it's a miracle oil, haha (but honestly, no jokes!!)
💧Easy Air is in my bedroom diffuser nightly to support with sinus issues & helps me breathe so much easier, I wake up clearer & without congestion. I also have it diffusing in Jannika's room at night with Lavender which has been a total life saver whilst travelling [aka.bunged up from planes & snotty noses from picking up bugs!] & during seasonal changes... put it this way, it's on repeat in my monthly LRP order!!
Questions? let's connect, message me✌🏼
Our popular Chicken and Leek Pie is rustic, made-from-scratch, and is going to be your next family favourite. With leeks slow-cooked in butter and chicken breast cooked into a succulent, creamy sauce, it will leave you wanting more.
Place your order, for your next dinner
What on earth would compel a busy mum with young kids to start up a business from home?
For me, it’s because I felt a little frustrated and stuck... can anyone relate? 😬
Don’t get me wrong: I am blessed to be a stay at home mum and adore it! My boys are everything to me... 🌎 BUT...
Us mums give up SO much to have our kids: Our bodies, our independence, our careers (to some extent), our moments of quiet and our sleep! To some extent our identity!
YES it’s 1000% worth it, no doubt about it, BUT that doesn’t mean it doesn’t leave you wondering where YOU went.
It can be lonely: Husbands out at work being grown ups whilst you watch Peppa Pig 🐷 and it can also be a little repetitious mentally, as you repeat ‘The wheels on the bus’ for the 20th time that morning.
Also many of us give up our careers, or drop some hours to ensure we can be there for our babies, watch them grow and save the crazy costs of childcare, so we feel the financial pinch!
In addition, we might be feeling like we miss having daily challenges to sink our teeth into and invest in ourselves, to create that sense of achievement!
And what’s more, we miss the monthly deposits in the bank account from the boss man, so we can go treat ourselves ‘cos we earned it and deserve it!
So.... I decided 2 years ago I wanted a bit of ME back! I started up #thebeplan and got to work-and have never looked back!
Is it more juggling? Yes! But then aren’t us mums expert jugglers? 🤡
Is it challenging? Yes! That’s why there’s so much sense of achievement!
Is it worth it? OMG YES! Every day... for so many reasons! Especially for the regular monthly income; the knowledge that you’re helping others and making a difference; and also for making yourself (and your babies) proud!
Just goes to show you can be a full time mum to your awesome kids and still go out there and smash it xxx
I was interviewed by @bbcradio4 re: the failure of the tax free childcare scheme that was launched this year. It's not like me to actually agree to do something like this - I work in PR and would much rather put others forward for interviews than be interviewed about anything myself. However, I did it and I'm quite pleased with myself, although I did speak far too quickly! I doubt it will resolve anything as HMRC claimed to the journalist that there is no issue with the system (😂😂😂). Funny how that's not what their staff say on the phone. #taxfreechildcare#moneybox#HMRC#workingmumlife
