I have recently been doing my #workouts on an empty stomach and yesterday, after #cardio, I remember why I don’t! Felt so incredibly sick and that set my anxiety into bloody overdrive and ruined was otherwise a really great session! So. I vowed to myself to get up earlier and eat a good #preworkoutsnack before hitting the #weights this time! And every time afterwards! So. Here is today’s offering. Day 18! Today was going to be my lite day...well kinda. After work I ran to the gym, did 20 mins of cardio, then rushed to the grocery store and got all my healthy food to keep up my diet, and back home before my son was out of school. I helped with home work, cleaned the kitchen, had some family time watching Flash, then fed my family. We had low carb egg roll bowls! AH-MAZING! Then as I was thinking I should probably do another workout, but really not wanting to, I ask the kids, totally expecting them to say no! But they wanted to! Huge win! So I selected a @fitnessblender 9 min abs focused video, my son accidentally knocked my phone out of my hand and unknowingly, it selected a new video! A 27 min long video!! Lol. But we did the whole thing. And I love that the kids are eager to workout too! •
