Day 17 of 30. I did the wrong workout yesterday go figure they had a Wild Horse and Wild Goose Chase Routine. So I did the breakdown and Wild Goose Chase Routine today. Autumn is ramping it up in these workouts. They are part of the deluxe calendar, which is what I decided to follow a few days in. I also have been adding the 12 lb weights to my arm workouts. I'm at 4 moves with weights now and hoping to work my way up to doing all the moves weighted. The struggle is real though but struggles make us stronger. I know it will take time but I will get there.

On Wednesday, we were at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport of Charles University to analyze the kinematics of MARRKO exercises. It was a great benefit for us and the motivation to continue on! We are leaving again for new knowledge and ideas for improvement. Collaboration with this faculty has begun with this measurement. Further tests and analyzes will be the subject of the diploma thesis of the selected student.

Ve středu jsme byli na Fakultě tělesné výchovy a Sportu Karlovy Univerzity, abychom analizovali kinematiku cviků MARRKO. Byl to pro nás velký přínos a opět motivace pokračovat dál! Zase odjíždíme plni nových poznatků a nápadů na vylepšení. Spolupráce s touto fakultou tímto měřením teprve začala. Taking advantage of this weather and took cardio outside today ☀️🌿 during my run found stairs so definitely had to stop and incorporate a little circuit

Besides a good sweat, uphill sprints benefit the heart, lungs muscles and skeletal system as it activates the entire body. Not going crazy on cardio right now but keeping it in my training to maintain a healthy overall weight

Yesterday I took the day off from studying, and even though I worked in the morning, it truly was a day I practiced self care and self appreciation, and it was also the first day in probably 5 days where I didn't wake up bloated and feeling lethargic! Same meals, same food, LESS stress. 
So I wanted to share how I'm planning on practicing self care and taking care of my body EVERY day moving forward 💛
1. Drink more water, don't let myself get hangry by eating mindfully and until I'm full (not stuffed and less stress eating), eat all the veggies and micros and fruits because I KNOW I feel my best when I'm doing that. Not letting myself overthink my meals (this still takes active work for me to fully listen to my body), challenge myself more and more, and KEEP eating lots of carbs, so my brain, body, and tummy all can function optimally! 
2. Workout to how I'm feeling, take a step back when I need it, walk more, get outside more, continue to write my workouts to motivate myself, but rest when my body needs it! I've been sticking to about an hour in the gym 6 days a week, but no pressure on myself. If I'm getting my heart rate up, feeling my muscles work and letting myself push but also respect my body I know I'm doing what I need to do.
