Last nights dinner 😍 carrot & swede mash, @eatleancheese, ham 🐷, spinach, peas & sweetcorn 🌽 my lower back is really sore at the moment 😩 so I skipped the gym and went for a walk with my mum last night instead ❤️

Today i have weighed in. 3lb off on my first full week of FLEX. I am now 3lb from goal and feeling like it’s within my reach 💪💪💪 I’ve tracked everything that I’ve ate this week honestly and in full (including the cheesecake and snack size twirl I ate at work). I’ve not been hungry once, I’ve discovered banana pancakes and sweet omelettes.
I have eaten my favourite chicken and Mackerel, and never felt hungry or short of inspiration when it came to meal preparation.
