1 cup frozen strawberries
¼ tsp raw ground vanilla (or 1 tsp pure vanilla extract)
Blend all ingredients in a power blender into an ice cream consistency (If you don't have a power blender, use a food processor instead). Spoon into a bowl & enjoy! 😋

Mum & Bubs class on Wednesday’s at 10.30am 💕👶🏼💗👶🏻💕 This class is designed for pre & post natal women. Bubs (pre-crawling) can move with their Mum in a baby harness/wrap or can be nearby in a pram or on a playmat.

We understand how hard it is to get to a class if you have small children and we want you to be able to come along to our 9:30am Xtend Barre or 10:30am Mums & Bubs. We have Owl Eyes babysitters in studio from 9.30am - 11.30am to babysit while you workout!
For children aged 0-5, a casual visit is $7 or
