It’s only been 1 week since I started teaching yoga full-time in the Gili islands. But I already feel such a transformational shift- not only is my skin glowing, but my spirit is renewed 🙏❤️✨ My students from all over the world (Australia, South Africa, Finland, Spain, USA, etc.) coming up to me after each class to thank me for a great lesson warms my heart like nothing else. There is no better feeling than being of service. I feel so blessed to be a conduit in my small and humble way to help others navigate their way towards inner peace. I take my responsibility of sharing yoga seriously, as it has changed my life for the better in so many ways and I think everyone should witness its extraordinary healing powers firsthand.

It's been exactly three months since I packed my bags and left. I didn't really have an idea or plan, just a feeling that I followed. And somehow everything unfolded naturally - in a very beautiful way.
There is nothing I regret. Nothing I shouldn't have done and nothing I should have done. Like a rock in the sea I accepted the waves as they came, was poured over with experiences, drowning in sensations. Sometimes the waves were strong and forceful, sometimes just a gentle pull. Slow and then fast again. I accepted the rhythm. Sometimes it was one particular wave standing out but in the end it was the sum that shaped my edges. Taking away all that was not firm, everything I was ready to let go into the ocean.
It is the wind that is carrying the waves. And it is the wind that will carry me home.
