It's simple- Be Happy!
Everyone is on the road to chasing happiness that they fail to be present and be happy now.
There's nothing wrong with trying to be better and work towards something great. But take the time to enjoy the process and be happy where you are now. If you can't be happy now, when you reach that goal it will be just another thing you check off the list. It won't fulfill you and you'll be on to chasing the next best thing.
Take a look around and realize life isn't so bad. You have a lot of things to be grateful for. Yes I realize there are crappy days and things can get you down but I truly believe the good outweighs the bad.
Be Happy today and always!
After reading through this passage in Romans I just had to stop and share my thoughts for a bit.
I think it’s so easy to allow another’s successes or achievements too dictate how we feel about ourselves. We allow guilt and shame to slide on into our thoughts and bring us into places of “I’m not enough...” That’s such a BIG OLD LIE! One that the enemy can sneak attack women with especially.
Stop letting your mind become a torture chamber. Stop letting your thoughts be cruel and degrading. If Christ isn’t condemning us, whydo we condemn ourselves? Again, stop it. You are perfectly suited for your tribe, for your community, for your people. God created YOU to be you for your family. For you to be their person. Not anyone else.
Feel “less than”? Well... what are you going to do about that? Want to be better at what you do, learn something new, create something beautiful? Then, #doit . Just do it. Improve yourself. Move forward to create the environment that’s suited to you and your family’s need. Stop being negative. Don’t gossip. Quit whining. Walk away from people who don’t love you. Be your own strongest friend in Christ and become that warrior who fights for her family and for herself. #youareawarriorprincess

See the difference!? Yah me neither!!! But that’s because here is no difference! I weigh the exact same!!! Now I strive to share the real the raw and the honest here because if we are being honest we all know most of social media is just the highlight reel of everyone’s life!!!

✨I know all to well the feeling of not feeling enough, feeling like I'll never do anything great or significant. It scares me the thought of my life passing me by and to not have truly lived or accomplished all the things I truly desire deep in my soul. I have big dreams but fear and negativity seem to drive them away. My fear and negative thoughts tell me, "what makes you think you have the ability to do that?" Or "what makes you think that is even in your reach?" "You're not enough, you aren't skilled enough, you don't have what it takes. You should just settled for mediocre because that's all that's available to someone like you." I have fears and thoughts like this and the thing is, as long as I let them have power over me then It's true I won't accomplish my goals and dreams or maybe I'll accomplish the small ones but the big dreams/goals I'll never touch because to accomplish those I'd have to get uncomfortable, step past my fears, let go of my negativity/negative thoughts. I would have to change those negative thoughts to positive ones. I would have to change my prior thoughts to "You DO have the ability to accomplish whatever you put your mind to, whatever you desire IS in your reach as long as you believe it with your whole heart, YOU ARE ENOUGH, MORE THAN ENOUGH! You can learn any skill you desire, you are smart, and YOU ARE ENOUGH. You will never settle for mediocre, you can and will work hard for your goals and dreams. Everything you desire is available to you. YOU ARE LOVED, YOU ARE ENOUGH."
We have to fight those negative thoughts and fight those fears with full force. It all takes time, the negative thoughts and fears won't disappear over night and even when you think you have overcome it all, it'll creep back up on you every once in awhile. We aren't perfect people but for every negative thought, kill it with three positive ones and if something scares you, push to do it anyways. Take hold of your thoughts and fears, don't let them take hold of you. And always remember this, there is someone out there doing what you dream to do, so why can't you do it too?✨

ROSE QUARTZ FOR RECONNECTION
This stone kickstarted my #selflovejourney 💗
This is the stone of the heart, of unconditional Love, and speaks directly to our heart chakra.
I wore mine and immediate experienced a purging of sorts. I felt like all of my self-hatred and inability to love myself was being removed, and from that moment forward I took massive strides to become the #selflovesoldier I am today.
While on the topic of #selflove : what could you do today to show yourself some TLC?
Maybe take a bath, light some incense, make a list of things you love about yourself, or perhaps something small like giving yourself a compassionate hug.

Throwback to when I had long hair and a medal 🏅💇 Taking part in physical challenges makes me feel so full and alive. This summer I completed 50km with my stepdad, which was both an achievement and a bonding experience for us. 💛
At the time this photo was taken, I was having panic attacks almost every day, was getting away from a toxic friendship, and was having to take time off work to try and cope. I was living with my best gal whilst I got myself together, and it was early days with my boyfriend, so spent a lot of time absolutely terrified that he'd leg it as soon as I revealed my weaknesses. 💛
The day we did that walk, everything was peaceful again. The only focus for the whole day was putting one foot in front of the other, and enjoying the view and the company along the way. 💛
That's my new plan for life: One foot in front of the other. Enjoy the view and the company along the way. 🏅

Frischgebackene Mütter brauchen Zuspruch und Ermutigung. Gerade wenn sie den ganzen Tag alleine mit dem Kind in den eigenen vier Wänden verbringen und die Decke auf den Kopf zu fallen droht...
Und ebenfalls GANZ wichtig:
1. Raus an die frische Luft! Lieber in die Natur als ins Gewühl der Einkaufsmeile. Das lüftet nicht nur Mamas Kopf, sondern hilft auch dem Baby, besser zu schlafen.
2. Vertraute Menschen treffen. Am besten Leute, die Verständnis für knatschige Babys und allenfalls sogar eine Hand frei haben, um das Baby auch mal zu schaukeln.
Und gerade schreibt mir diese Mama ein Feedback zu meinem gestrigen Besuch: "Vielen Dank für deine Beratung gestern. Es hat mir sehr geholfen, dass du da warst, zugehört hast und mir viele Infos und Tipps geben konntest. Eine Entlastung im Alltag, wenn man so alleine vor Ort ist und zweifelt, an dem was man macht…."
Awww man, #strugglebus -ing so hard today 🙈 You might be creeping on my posts (I know who you are haha!!😝) and think "she's just so happy all the time and put together, she's just good at what she does"...but girl, even though I've been at this online side hustle for a nearly 2 years now... #newsflash I'm NOT perfect.🙄 I'm still learning. I'm still on a journey. I like 🍕🍩🍦🍔. I'm not always motivated and I rarely bounce out of bed 😂
But if I had waited to start working on my health and fitness goals, to start my online side hustle when I felt "ready" or "perfect" at health & fitness, at leading groups, at helping women like me be their healthiest, wealthiest, happiest selves... I would NEVER have started!!😳
There's never a "perfect" time, we will "never" be ready to change our lives for the better. But TOGETHER we can make those baby steps.😘

You are enough, just as you are.
One of the most common reasons that individuals I first meet are not getting the results they want is because they don't feel deserving, they don't feel adequate.
I think it's so easy to get caught up in comparison or to keep reaching for bigger goals, bigger qualifications and bigger pay checks. .
But we need to realise we are enough just as we are.
We don't need to work X amount of hours, we don't need to put in X amount of effort or need X amount of people to love us to be enough.
Exhaustion does not equal success.
Burn out from staying late in office no longer equates to super hero status.
When we realise that we are enough, we have enough and we do enough, our inner world changes; we no longer require validation from others and our relationships blossom, we can connect more deeply, we make peace with our flaws, we are more open, more authentic and more free.
You are enough when you are dressed up in stilettos ready for a girls night out and you are enough when you're in your trackies snuggled on the sofa. .
You are enough when your kid gets a brilliant report from school and you are enough when you're tearing your hair out because it's 1am and said kid won't go to sleep.
You are enough when you are elegantly performing yoga and you are enough when you are sweating your butt off in the gym.
You are enough when you ace a work presentation and you are enough when you fail an exam.
You are enough when you've eaten a salad and you are enough when you've had a takeaway pizza and tub of ice cream.
You are enough, you have always been enough and you always will be enough.

Grace is one of my favorite words. So much so, I chose it as my firstborn's middle name. We touched on this word in my Bible study today and so I've just had it on my mind. If you have ever studied the Bible, you know that God's grace is poured out on us anew each day. And in turn, we are to pour it back out to others. It's my goal today. I pray YOU are blessed by grace today. ❤️
Until there is a power that exists to change the past, let's stop living there. Histories are important, valid, and meant to be learned from, but they do not have to define what happens next on your journey.

It has happened to me several times in my life that I have met a person who literally sucked all my energy. I did not even know that person, but I felt exhausted. Completely without energy. Sometimes it was an event, a memory, or a thought.
It is said to be called the "energy vampire". Something that takes your energy, and you do not even have to know the reason why it happened. When I first started using affirmations, this was one of my very first affirmations I discovered. I used it (and still use) every time I'm surrounded by lots of people (which is very often) or when I feel my thoughts are not the lightest ones.
Make sure your energy goes in the right direction!

Like you, we too are continually learning to navigate life. When we're "giving advice" it's not because we have completely mastered the topic (as there's always more to learn), but all it means is that we're simply inspired to do our best sharing what we know at the moment.
Ultimately, we're all on the path to becoming greater - together.

I've lived years drowning in low self esteem, worthlessness and not knowing that I was already loved, valued and accepted by the one true King. If anyone told me I was ugly, too short or that they didn't like me that's what I believed - but I overcame and now only believe what God says about me! Knowing your worth is important. It'll change your whole life. My prayer is that whatever is posted here won't only look cute and make you feel good but change you from the inside out. That being said there's lots more to come. There is no perfect body type. It's okay to be curvy, it's okay to be athletic and stocky, it's okay to be slender and small.
When I work with clients I won't let them focus on a weight number goal. Why? Because that number doesn't reflect the health of their tissue, their body, their ability to do what they love, their energy or their overall happiness.
And you know what? I've worked with a lot of slender women like myself who shame themselves for being too skinny. And conversely stocky or curvy body types who shame themselves for being that way.
The perfect size for your body is the one that you feel good in from the inside out. It's where you wake up with energy, are able to do the activities you love and through a healthy lifestyle your body maintains that size/weight whatever it may be.
Self love and self care is about giving ourselves the nourishment and movement we need to feel good about ourselves from the inside out. .
It's time to let go of all those things people told us about our bodies and to love them for what they give us. The ability to move, play, love, enjoy life!
Feeling good and loving yourself doesn't come from being a certain shape or size, it comes from how we treat and think about ourselves where we are. .
I used to hate my "big feet" and being teased for being "a beanpole". So, I wore shoes that were too small and started eating a ton to try and gain weight and be curvier so I wouldn't be "disgusting" and a "skeleton" like some people called me. Those days are far behind me now, but I remember the pain and feel sad for younger me that I took those comments to heart and hurt myself trying to "change" my body to be more acceptable. Now I love my "alien" hands and feet and my slender frame.
