It's been a WHILE since I've posted a transformation. Honestly, it's been the last thing on my mind these 6 months. The pic on the right was taken in June 2017 after I got this handmade suit in the mail. I ordered a medium in the bottoms because I thought my butt was big and the suit felt saggy and loose. You can say it definitely wouldn't be considered safe to do any kind of diving. (Anyone ever lost their bottoms after a swan dive into a pool?🙋🏻) Fast forward to today, November 2017, and my bottoms were super snug! There might not be much of a diff in the pics as far as my derrière, but trust me, it's there! Also... can we talk about the dramatic change in my posture and my back strength!!! I'm not always perfect.... sometimes I eat things that are far from clean, have a few too many glasses of wine, or indulge in my favorite desserts... but hey, I'm only human after all. 💁🏻 TGFS! (THANK GOODNESS FOR SUPERFOODS) •

When I first started this journey it was to prove to other people that I could do it. I was told by so many people that my body would never be the same, it was hard and impossible to bounce back after baby, and I would basically have a “Mom pooch” for the rest of my life. I wanted to prove them wrong. I started it for the sheer satisfaction that I could say that I did it and they were just negative assholes.
Maybe these people are still negative and full of doubt but my reason for doing this has completely changed. I love the way I feel when i complete a program. I love being in a community of people who do nothing but love and encourage me. I love having confidence in myself, by choices, and my abilities to do things that are challenging. I love seeing how far I can push myself, not for other people, but for me.
When you do it for yourself, it shines through 3,000 times brighter. -

I took advantage of Aaron being home (and a nice long nap from baby T) and took ol’ Sheena out of a walk. It was cold but it was nice to see the land from a different perspective. I am totally fascinated by the seasonal phases. -
I thought a lot about the podcast I listened to the other day (@peterjvoogd) and he said something along the lines of - habits trump inspiration, inspiration is needed to create consistent action, but your habits are going to define you and your success, period.
Reminded me of the habit I have of walking Sheena. I know I need to do it. I know she needs it everyday, regardless of the weather. When we don’t go for walks our day just seems chaotic and there is more room for error on either end. -
I’m dedicating today to mind mapping my week and giving myself a minute to minute schedule. It will eventually come natural but for now, my time is the most valuable thing I have and I am tired of wasting it.

Funny... I did this at home and my OFS partner did it from a hotel in Vegas. I love how you can literally do these circuits ANYWHERE.

It’s safe to say that I’ve finally acclimated to this cold weather! (It only took 3 winters) We really needed the fresh air.... being cooped inside was starting to cramp our style💁🏻♀️Plus... we were really starting to miss our daily walks!

Look at all those carbs! I’m not gonna lie... I saw this on Pinterest and had to recreate it. It’s the perfect cold weather-comfort food-carb creation and is secretly packed with protein and vitamin C! Just drizzle some sriracha and add a handful of pepitas and you got yourself a nom-worthy lunch!

Sometimes it is tough doing it all! Diapers, laundry, healthy meals, dog duty, vacuuming, shopping, washing, bathing, reading, singing, scrubbing, cleaning....
Surprisingly, the easiest part of my day is putting T in the carrier and pressing play. BOOM👊30 minute workout is done, baby is happy, my booty is perkier, and I worked off the majority of the Reese’s I ate for breakfast.💁🏻
Seriously though... the last thing I want to do is use this guy as an excuse. That wouldn’t be setting a very good foundation for him!!!

Halloween was a success! We got ALL the best candy, we went to T’s favorite restaurant, and he ended the night in his car seat a 5 minutes from the house. -
