This was a good experiment today! Sauce: zest & juice of 3 clementines (could also use 2 oranges- about 3/4 cup), tablespoon of water, tablespoon of soy sauce, tablespoon rice vinegar, packet of stevia, dash of sesame oil, 1/4tsp ground ginger. Pour in pan after chicken is cooked and simmer until thickened (about 10 mins). Everyone loved it! #lowcarb#notketo though.
