Times change and what we promote as safe changes too. The more we know, the more we realize a lot of the things we put into and on our bodies aren’t always safe or good for us. Have you recharged your battery lately?
Today one of our cars died. We tried boosting it, but even with time, the old battery was just not going
to recharge. The car hadn’t been started since before Christmas. Since before the cold weather. That’s
a long time to leave a battery, especially in the cold.

others about what’s in their products. I always am working. I spend too much time scrolling Facebook. I
leave little time for recharging me. I love what I do, but when I hit my wall, I smash into it and then end
up sleeping tons and neglecting everything.

What simple choices are you taking to reduce your toxic exposure? Every day we are exposed to well over 120 ingredients, some of which are linked with cancer, some of which we know nothing about and just a few are safe. The scary part is that these are only ingredients we put on our skin! I am not even counting ingredients we put into our mouth.
